The property was clean. The staff was super friendly. It was a great experience and I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in Palm Springs! (And it’s literally across the street from the casino and a block off the Main Street with tons of shops/restaurants easily accessible).

The ac was loud and terrible, rooms had poor walls could hear the neighbors conversation, charged me $30 a night to park on the property, and just not what I expected. Wouldn’t recommend this place nor will I ever stay here again.
-
My go-to place anytime I go to PS! Never disappoints!
-
The “store” in the lobby was closed for renovations and all they had was Cheetos, Doritos and melted snickers and it was presented in a box. Kinda tacky for the price we were paying.
-
We loved the location of the hotel, walking distance to a lot of places nearby. The hotel was nicely maintained with a nice bar in the lobby area and a pool bar available outside. Lots of pools lounge chairs and cabanas to enjoy the pool area.

They charge guests 30$ to park on the property or you have r to park on the street. Pool bar staff are rude and food isn’t very good . Better options for this price range

We were on the first floor and our upstairs people were so nosy, we did call front desk and let them know but they just continued to do it. Pool staff wasn’t the best, we kept trying to flag down an employee to order drinks and he ignored us multiple times, had to get out of the pool and go directly to the bar and I addressed my concerns and employee gave an excuse of “well we’re short staffed “ “sorry” very basic response and didn’t seem to care . Parking is ridiculous to be honest, they should limit how many people should purchase the parking ($30 a night) and no you aren’t guaranteed parking , very small lot.

N/A Kids running around on the floor above making a lot of noise after 10pm.
-
Outside restrooms were not open for pool. Are rooms keys did not work when we went to get in our rooms prior to check out they had canceled them . Breakfast was unusually slow with not very many guests eating

It's a very nice place to stay. The pool area is wonderful and it's close to everything.

The property and staff were wonderful. Unfortunately, we only spent a few hours due to an early morning flight. It was wonderful to have the ride to the airport and help with the luggage.

When I arrived, it was 108°, and they informed me that the swimming pool would be closed for the next couple of days. A hotel in Palm Springs with a swimming pool closed. Hum. That information was not made available at the time of the booking. When I entered my room and took my shoes off, I found that the carpet was soaking wet with water. Apparently, the air conditioning unit in the room had leaked for some time. When I called the front desk and informed them, not once did they apologize. The woman at the desk simply said, "Would you like me to send someone up to take a look at it?" I had to explain to the woman that it mattered not whether she sent somebody to the room. The appropriate thing was to apologize and to move me to a new room immediately. That seemed a novel concept to her. This is a deeply dated property. It feels like going back in time to the late 80s or early 90s. If you don't care about the aesthetic or the amenities and you simply want a convenient location (proximity to "downtown") and a comfortable bed to stay in, this is your place.

All the staffs are very nice. My family and I enjoyed the pool and the hot tub during our visit. Nothing.

There were no issues the entire time we were there. It made for a relaxing weekend

I have been coming to the Hilton in Palm Springs for years. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the bed, some how the bed frame was not even with box spring so the frame was sticking out at the end and covered by the dust ruffle. We had hit frame corner that didn’t have a cover on it a few times before we discovered the problem. Other than this, we had a wonderful time. I will be back again.
