We absolutely LOVED our stay at Holiday House. From the moment we walked through the front door, we were transported to a blue soaked bubble of perfection! Juan and the staff were so welcoming, kind, and attentive. The decor is exactly as pictured, no disappointments there! We loved eating breakfast there every morning, especially since we were up early still in east coast time. The pool is amazing with absolutely stunning views of the mountains. And it couldn't be a better location. We walked everywhere we wanted to go, except for taking a quick Lyft to the Ariel tramway. My only wish was that our room had a full length mirror. But that won't keep us away, we are already talking about our next trip there.

Food. Perfect. Breakfast yummm! Pool! Warm! We napped in the cabanas had pool side staff bring up piñacoladas. Staff was kind, and helpful finding dinner places for us after 9. Hated leaving. We were suppose to meet friends for lunch, we had them meet us here instead! Perf!

The Holiday House far exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly, the lobby check in is so warm and welcoming with beautiful art and furnishings that were curated to perfection. The VW bus out front was so cute, and we enjoyed touring the town on the complementary bikes. We live PT in Laguna Beach and it was such a special weekend getaway. Our son owns a vintage VW bus and a small boutique surf lesson business called Blue Bus Surf out of Laguna Beach. We instantly felt that same vibe at this special hotel. We met the owners who introduced themselves and we discovered that we also dined at two restaurants they own in Palm Springs(Del Rey and Bar Cecil). Both of those restaurant experiences were also fantastic. We plan to return!

Staff were so attentive and helpful in every way. I just can’t say enough about all of them. It’s our new favorite place!

We would highly recommend this property. You won’t be disappointed.

Exceptional

Philippe, Juan, everyone, I can't name the whole team but they were exceptional. Warm, welcoming, top notch. I was raving about the place with 5 other guests. We are all coming back. Just fabulous. Honestly. If you want a peaceful, beautiful space to recharge I can't recommend enough.

Amazing hotel, really nice property, even the “good” room felt big and luxurious, amazing pool and sunbathing spot with outstanding views around, really nice continental breakfast, extremely friendly staff and small touches like a welcome drink on arrival made it feel really special

Absolute perfection!!! Loved everything!!

The staff were very friendly and willing to assist. We were not forced to do valet parking which was perfect for us and the hotel did have a parking space which we used. The pool was clean every day and open early til late which offered great flexibility. The hotel is in a great location for the town but also very peaceful and relaxing. We could walk to places for dinner and our tour. I only wished we'd booked longer to stay here.

Location , pool Manager. I have stayed at Holiday House more than five times over the past 10 years and have always enjoyed the experience, which makes this recent stay especially disappointing. Unfortunately, our experience this time was overshadowed by how the situation with our room was handled by the manager, Rosemary. When we checked in, the air conditioning in our room was not functioning properly, and the room remained uncomfortably warm despite the 105-degree weather. Initially, we were told the AC was working correctly, although it clearly was not. After speaking with other guests and comparing temperatures in another room, it became obvious there was an issue. We requested a room change, but were repeatedly told the hotel was nearly at full capacity. Eventually, Rosemary located another vacant room and explained it had been intentionally left empty because the AC unit there was scheduled for service the following day. We were told we could stay there for one night only and would then need to move again because maintenance would take the entire next day and another guest was arriving afterward. While we understand that unexpected maintenance issues happen, what was most upsetting was the dismissive and confrontational manner in which the situation was handled. Throughout the interaction, we felt as though we were being treated treated as unreasonable guests rather than valued returning customers trying to resolve a legitimate issue. Ironically, over the following days the hotel appeared far from full. We were eventually allowed to remain in the upgraded room, which we appreciated, though the overall tone of the interaction had already left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome for the duration of our five-night stay. There was little acknowledgment or hospitality from management afterward, including a lack of even basic greetings during our stay. I do want to note that the rest of the staff members we encountered were kind and pleasant.

I absolutely loved this hotel! It has a great vibe. The room was beautiful, the staff friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great, nice pool and hot tub area with lounge chairs, umbrellas and misters to keep you cool, all just a block from the heart of Palm Springs.

We were upgraded to the suite and had a huge patio of our own along with a full living and dining room, small kitchen area and a great size bedroom and full bathroom. Everything was excellent and welcoming and comfortable. I highly recommend the Holiday House!

The breakfast was wonderful. We will return next year for a 5-day vacation.
