Fleur Noire Hotel - 21 and Over

We arrived at our room which was one room with 2 queen beds. When checking out the bathroom we noticed a pool of water in front of the shower on the floor. It couldn't have come from the shower since the ledge of the shower was dry. Upon notifying the individual at the front desk, she checked it out and said she would get back to us to see what she could do. She ended up talking to the manager and was able to get us 2 separate suite bedrooms for the inconvenience. There were no other rooms available with 2 queen beds. We were very grateful, and made the stay even better in how accommodating they were. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the Keurig coffee machine was not to my liking, but that is just me.

Nice clean room for two with walk in closet, cold water in the refrigerator for you, and good smelling body products. The hotel has snacks and drinks in the indoor lounge area throughout the day and coffee and croissants in the morning. They're so thoughtful! The property is beautifully manicured with chess and corn holes to play while you dry out from the pool! We had an amazing time! Especially because everything is walking distance, coffee, green cross medicinal shop, and restaurants. We used the bikes from the property to get around!

This property was in the vicinity we needed…early morning surgery. The staff was nice and accommodating. Thanks! It was expensive for our needs but safe and convenient. We could not utilize any of the Resort Fee features. Recommended.

The hotel felt secure and easy to access with gated, keyless entry. One of my favorite details was being greeted with a complimentary glass of rosé upon arrival — such a classy and welcoming touch. The murals in the room and on the exterior of the hotel beautifully complemented the natural landscape throughout the property. Overall, it was a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend it!

Clean room, delightful continental breakfast, lovely pool. Loved the Fleur murals and desert landscaping. Next time, I'll make use of the bicycles!

Excellent respite. Not a thing

Great location and spot to relax throughout the day. Friendly staff and low key vibe to help melt the stress away. Would stay again.

Overall it’s pretty average.

Of the bikes were either broken or had flat tires except one. Very disappointing. The “breakfast” was not really breakfast. Plain croissants with packets of jelly and Nutella. Bad coffee. Milk that curdled. The rooms are nice and the pool and outdoor spaces are too

Stay was great and it was a wonderful experience

Included pantry for guests was a lovely touch, pool area and games were also a plus and the room was perfect. Hotel is easy to find and get ubers to/from and there is 7/11 within walking distance.

Very cute property, but by a busy road so it was noisy. They gave free drinks and snacks. Breakfast was just a stale croissant and coffee or yogurt. I think if they offered a good breakfast it would have been worth the price. Cute rooms.

The service, the hotel, the area, I loved all of it. There’s was a couple moths in the room and they stained the walls, towels, and bedding but other than that the room was clean. I know it wasn’t dirty from anything else just noticed moths flying and discovered it was from that however that’s totally understandable.

Great location. We loved the outdoor spaces. Enjoyed the pool and fire pit. Intimate property allows you to enjoy meeting other guests without being overwhelmed by large crowds. Room was comfortable and service was outstanding. Natalie checked us in and provided great information. The rest of our stay we were lucky to enjoy Bree’s hospitality ( prior to her maternity leave). She made our stay!

This place was perfect! Rooms, pool, outdoor areas, snack pantry, and Bree! Bree was the best part, her customer service was outstanding. After one day, she felt like family! And an added plus, all the guests staying while we were there we so nice as well. We could walk or take a quick 3 min uber downtown and there were a couple of really good restaurants next to the hotel. Beds were comfy and the room was very clean. Also, someone reviewed negatively about the added fees... they must not have read something because we were aware of every charge on our receipt. I would definitely recommend this place!
