Casa Palma Hotel & Bungalows

Breakfast was fantastic, but the restaurant was closed on Monday morning before checkout time which was disappointing. Keep that restaurant open if you have guests staying at the hotel. It was not a holiday so it seemed odd to be closed.

Location, cleanliness and staff attention where amazing. It is a bit more expensive than what you get, but then again it is California. The restaurant has pretty decent breakfast, and they offer decent coffee as an amenity at the lobby. Pool and jacuzzi are really nice and clean. Everything was great.

Super cute hotel. The room was nice but there was urine around the base of the toilet upon arrival & floors weren’t clean, almost like there was sand or something. Window should have a double rod instead of sheer and regular curtains all on one rod. The room was bright early in the morning, so black out shades would be nice, especially with the hot desert summers. No bell man and very limited parking. If the few parking spots are taken, you have to park on the street. Not awesome. Pool was great. Restaurant had all organic and healthy food. It could be a high end boutique hotel if they just improved a few things. Robes in the rooms would be a nice touch as well. Also TV wasn’t set up, so they should do that as well. I would stay here again, but wouldn’t pay a high rate as it is now.

The place was so beautiful and so tranquil and exactly what we needed. Amenities were all clean and well kept. The hotel restaurant only opened not the last day we were there Friday given its summer they close allot of their services which I understand. Also pillows for sleeping could be better.

The pool and grounds are absolutely stunning. We brought our toddler and had a great time. Food at the restaurant was excellent! Only downside is the restaurant has to close at 3pm, but we were within walking distance of several restaurants (and they have bikes on the property for biking into town!) so finding food was easy peasy. The air conditioner in our room was a little loud… I had to wear earplugs, but I think that’s just a product of staying in the desert. Otherwise this stay was awesome.

A pretty, refurbished property in north PSP. Two lovely swimming pools, pickle ball courts, and fire pits. The restaurant is open for breakfast/lunch on weekends only.

The pool and grounds with lovely mountain scenery. An unpleasant odor when you entered the lobby, the mini fridge was in the bathroom, furnishings looked old, the tv didn’t work even after the lady came up to fix it, and the bed was so very uncomfortable.

Second time here and we absolutely love this property. The pools are well maintained, rooms are perfect, the staff is amazing and the on-site resteraunt is absolutely a hidden gem everything on the menu is absolutely amazing ... this is coming from a foodie! This property is our go too when in Palm Springs!

Everything from check-in to check out felt so easy. The staff was very welcoming, especially Rochelle who helped us at the restaurant. She went above and beyond! The amenities were perfect for our relaxing getaway. We’re excited to stay again soon!
