I LOVED staying here. The receptionist are the best, great kind helpful people. The pools are great, spacious and more than one! Beds are comfy, the room itself is great, and it’s near the downtown! Definitely will come back! 😁

The only negative response I have is that there was not a elevator to go to the upstairs rooms and we had a little trouble going up and down the stairs. Our ages are 85 and 88 yrs so it would have helped us to have had a elevator. However next time we will know to ask for a downstairs room.

Room was fairly clean. Pools area had loud music playing and was full of kids. Pools are in dire need of some repairs.

Beautiful hotel with a fresh, modern design. The Palm Springs aesthetic was reflected throughout the property and the rooms. Everything felt stylish and well designed. The air conditioner was quite noisy, especially at night. The location is a bit far from downtown, although it’s convenient for exploring the historic neighborhoods.

Spacious, comfortable room; quiet location close to the tram. The A/C unit was very load, and being a light sleeper only slept 2-3 hours the first night, even using earplugs. Also, did not get any housekeeping service during my 2 night stay.
