The Colony Palms Hotel and Bungalows - Adults Only

Love this hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the pool area is made for all day lounging. The restaurant is perfect for breakfast and a poolside snack. Didn't want to leave.

We had an amazing stay at Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and feels like a hidden oasis. The gardens and outdoor spaces create such a relaxing atmosphere, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was welcoming and attentive from check-in to check-out, making us feel genuinely taken care of. The location is perfect close to the beach, great restaurants, and everything La Jolla has to offer while still feeling quiet and secluded. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway

My Top 5: 1. Small Adults Only resort with a beautiful pool surrounded by greenery. 2. Walkable to EVERYTHING 3. The Staff was on top of everything, from bringing the on-site bikes directly to us and having our car air conditioning ready to go in 105-degree weather in valet. 4. The Shower products are Le Labo, you smell so good, 5. Breakfast right there by the pool. Thank you so much, as this is our second time visiting.

We (my wife and I went during the middle of the week for 3 nights. Not crowded at all. We Spent 80 % of our time under an umbrella and in the pool. All was clean, and the service was great. Highly recommend and not to be snooty, we did enjoy the 21 and over crowd-no kids allowed!!

Very nice, quiet and everything was clean. Overall a good stay but a bit dated with a small pool for the price. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful but could have been more attentive with service taking time.

This was our first time staying at the Colony Palms and it definitely won’t be the last! The hotel is perfectly located, just 1 street off the main strip but close to many great restaurants. It’s just the right amount of quiet and because we were here on the Memorial Day holiday, there was also the right amount of festive buzz. The restaurant that sets across from the pool is so charming and the decor is beautiful. The food was not the best we’ve had, but because the environment is so wonderful it made everything perfect. The rooms are a nice size and the ceilings are high so there’s an added element to extra space. The amenities are from Le Labo which make it that much more chic. The grounds are lush with tropical plants and really feels like an oasis in the desert. The pool is a great size for PS. Most properties have small and dated pools, but theirs is a perfect size for the property. We loved it so much that we wanted to further extend our stay but sadly it was sold out!

Love that the property it is adult only. The staff was helpful especially the pool staff. The hotel did run out of bottled water for 2-3 days which was odd. But I enjoyed the stay!

Been to Palm Springs many times. To even more high end more boutique type venues and actually here we really enjoyed the additional hotel style facilities. Great pool and restaurant for breakfast and lunch, the staff are excellent. Didn’t rate dinner in the restaurant at all - dishes like Beef Wellington and Baked Alaska bear no resemblance to the real thing. But overall we loved it - a great place and base to do other things. One caution - we stayed low season and it worked very well - but high season or even just weekends and the issue is that they only have enough sun beds for around half the guests - which isn’t ok especially if they are charging an unadvertised $45 per day resort fee. So highly recommended, but book with a bit of common sense on timing.

Got coffee with a moldy cup of half and half was not fun. Other than that the property itself is beautiful..

All went flawlessly. Asked for an early check in. Accommodated, without question . Our yearly getaway to PS will always be The Colony Palms . The gold plated door plate - with our names engraved - was an unexpected touch - blew us away !!!!!! Thank you for making my Mother's Day & Birthday truly memorable

Really enjoyed our stay. Wish there was a bench outside of room 18 to catch the late day sun, but besides that had a wonderful time.

This hotel was adorable. I loved that it has a long history. The grounds are beautiful and the staff was amazing. My only complaint is we only had 1 night there.

Property is charming and well maintained. Rooms are simple but outfitted with everything you need. The "mini" bar selection quite good considering there is a full bar and restaurant on the property. Pool and hot tub are open until 11!
