The location was good for catching the bus into Palma. The room was fine as was the bathroom. The overall feeling of the place was grandiose. The parking (which they did have) was spendy and only done with a valet (which we were not used to).

Nixe Palace was lovely - only a 15min taxi to downtown Palma, number of great restaurants walking distance from hotel, beach was fabulous - sandy and shallow to walk out and then swim, pool and lots of lounge chairs available. Staff very focused on customer service - we were able to change and make use of the facilities while we waited for our room. Terrace is lovely for drinks and dinner Hard to find anything negative !

The entire staff was extremely attentive, helpful and friendly. The hotel was beautiful in a beautiful beach. Would definitely recommend this hotel. The photos do not do this hotel justice. The view is amazing. The food served at all their restaurants was delicious! We will be back!

The location, was perfect the beach front property was centrally located to the Mai street to shops, and ports and other restaurants if you chose not to eat in the hotel. The hotel reception took care of ordering taxis and if you rent a car there is valet parking. The hotel restaurants cuisine was a culinary delight , fresh , delicious and always a beautiful presentation. The staff goes above and beyond to meet and accommodate your request . The outdoor pool hours . The pool closed at 6:30pm we wished it stayed open longer.

Lovely rooms and all areas so clean. Staff v friendly and welcoming Thought the pool service wasn't always well staffed enough especially when it came to clearing away.

The concierge, Walter, was great! We would not have had the experiences we had without Walter’s recommendations. Wish the jacuzzi did not need to be reserved in advance. We didn’t end up using it.
