Cozy place with amazing staff!

Breakfast is ok for three stars hotel. Location is also ok and staff were polite. our room was very dirty and only superficially cleaned. Luckily, we stayed only three days and basically used the room just for sleeping, especially since the beds were old, worn out, and very uncomfortable.

Everything fits for more that your price you paying. Thanks guys✌️?

Beautiful place in a beautiful and quiet town. Clean, quiet and friendly staff TV never worked..I reported it a few times To no avail

Apartment was beautifully decorated, clean and a good size. It over looked the pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food at pool bar was well priced. Pool area was very peaceful. 5 to 10 minute walk into resort. Just a slight incline to walk up which would not suit those with mobility issues.

Pool area, nice space, well stocked pool bar, good menu. Basic but clean and comfortable Maintenance issues, balcony doors didn’t lock, shower drainage issues - flooded floor, limited facilities for self catering.

My stay at Azuline Palmanova Garden was brilliant. I got the bus from Palma, and the bus stop is on the main street of Palma Nova and very close to the hotel. Either up a few stairs or round the other way a short hill and you are there. I got there shortly before 3pm so was OK to check in. Very friendly staff, helpful and easy check in. Room was on 1st floor, very clean, bigger than expected, nice balcony facing onto road, with some nice views. Pool area has enough beds for the guests. Pool is nice size and good to have a nice cold dip when too hot from the sun. Pool bar is handy too, friendly bar staff. I had breakfast both days and I found it very good. Plenty of fresh fruits, yogurts, breads, cheeses, and the usual eggs, sausage etc. I used the gym once during my stay, only.1 in there, and enough equipment to use for anything I think. Few communal areas to sit inside, book exchange.

this is a very good value hotel. Location is not so bad but there is a walk to the beach and restaurants but you will pay much more for the privalege if you want to be down there and besides, this hotel was nice and qiuet. TV area could have been better and needs a gym thats equipped with more stuff and by the way, the cable pulleys were off the rollers but seems nobody had checked. Dont put junk in a gym, get better equipment tat is most popular

Absolutely nothing Booked a double room Paid as soon as we arrived which was close to midnight to be told room not available and we're given an apartment. Don't like apartments but went with it. Mortified when we entered 15 to 20 beatles all over. Apartment next to trees furthest from hotel. It was dank and dirty. Returned to reception as not prepared to stay there. Told nothing else available. Requested refund and told to return the next morning. We then had to walk the streets at nearly 1am to find another hotel. Would never recommend this place to anyone
