the bar shut very early. the gym was very basic.

The demographic of individuals staying here are primarily elderly folks. So if you're young and looking for a place that might be more energetic, I would recommend looking elsewhere. The rooms are small and the one we were in needed some maintenance. Certain parts of the hotel also needed maintenance and seemed like it could use some TLC. Parking is limited and first come first served.

The AC is not very strong in the room.

The breakfast selection was very good, they have very unique rooms, we had one that led directly out to the pool which was very nice especially since it was chilly and no one was out there using it. Besides that, the rooms were nice and clean. But the absolute best part of this hotel had to be the staff. So incredibly kind, welcoming, and hospitable from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. Truly one of a kind experience regarding the kindness and professionalism of the staff. It was also my birthday weekend and they surprised us with a bottle of champagne in our room, and at breakfast gave my boyfriend a slice of cheesecake with candles to bring to me as a surprise. All the staff in the dining room incredible, the ladies at the reception incredible. Truly made our experience. Thank you! We went off season so a lot of bars and restaurants were closed around the hotel (February) which didn’t bother us too much as we had a car to explore other parts of the island, but something to keep in mind. If we went peak summer season this would’ve been 10/10 because there are a lot of things around. Something that was nice was that street parking was free because it was off season. The hotel felt generally clean and it’s nice that it is a private spa. Keep in mind to book your slot when you check in because they fill up quick! And would suggest the water be slightly warmer, but nevertheless very nice.

Sauna, jacuzzi, beautiful taras with pools, sea view. Staff were very nice and thoughtful! Thank you for celebrating our wedding anniversary with us! Single beds, even when put together there was still a gap. Not a deal breaker though.

This place is a top notch! Everything was super convenient about this place: location, close to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, room was clean and comfortable, staff very polite and ready to help with any requests, breakfast was very good and with good variety. Gloria and Aga two reception specialists were amazing!! They welcomed us to the hotel, helped with accommodation, explained all the details of the hotel rules, amenities, etc. Were ready to answer all our questions to make sure our stay was comfortable. We definitely will come back again and again and again!! Thank you!! David and Diana. more days to stay ... :(

Great location, across from beach, nest to a strip of bars and restaurants and some souvenir shopping! Easy to/from airport on A11 bus. Staff was perfect from Javier at checkin to Adriana at poolside and Aga at reception during our stay. Beautiful property inside and out. Amazing breakfast that had it all! Couldn’t find anything to complain about! Highly recommend and will be back! If I had to find something it would be no hot pool at rooftop. But that’s a stretch and not a complaint to not go or come back!

The swim up room is much larger than the standard ocean view. Breakfast was excellent. Staff, especially Aga was some of the best we have everencountered. A bit pricey but the location is probably more than worth it. Very quiet area with many restaurant choices a very short distance away (very short walk).

Nothing This was far and away the grossest place I ever stepped foot into. My wife and I walked into the room which smelled incredibly moldy and unsafe and decided to leave immediately when they told us all rooms smell like that. Everything! Location was great - right in the center with easy access to the Palma city center (20-25 mins) Breakfast was another highlight, with plenty of variety and very good quality. Parking was a major issue. There are only around 10-12 spaces available, and we couldn't get one during our stay everyday. The staff offered no alternatives and simply told us to find a spot on the street, despite the hotel says parking available at facility.

good staff, clean accommodation, right by the beach, price was appropriate and I like that parking was available and not upsold as a hidden additional fee to the customer. very appreciative of the stay. local area a bit overrun with brit/english speaking tourists & karaoke bars but that's not the hotel's fault, it's society and instagram

Wish they had grab bars on showers. But that's just a suggestion for added safety
