Great location near the beach, with many supermarkets within walking distance. There are plenty of free parking spaces if you have a car, and a nearby bus stop makes it easy to travel to Palma or the airport. The apartment is clean, and the size is suitable for a one-week stay for couples or solo travelers. The price is reasonable compared to other apartments in Palma. Nothing.

Apartments are very basic but you get what you pay for. The bed was extremely hard and my husband suffered bad back pain as a result. Staff were lovely and location decent enough

Liked that nearby there were free parking places in February A little cold when came first day, one simple glass on windows(probably good for summer), no soap, no shampoo on bathroom(even after we said it), some of the equipment is old. Difficult communication with host. Wrote on a paper to pay slightly more tourist tax, and after explaining in detail it was fixed. On a second day , by a mistake of personnel one of the studios was cleaned up(no sheets , no pillows and even collected one phone charger ) , and when called at 22:00(then we came back and found) the host said to call next day (she didn't understand what happened). Next day she understand everything and everything was fixed, with excuses.

I like the location, the bed was nice and there is a tiny kitchen. We saw some ants in the bathroom.

Comfy bed, clean towels every 2 days, heating worked, enough space , just to make a simple meal like breakfast. Plenty of hot water. Good to have washing up liquid , sponge and t towels Soap by the bathroom sink would be good. More British TV channels . Some wine glasses would be good. Short stemmed.

I moved to the lower floor at my request, as I had a bike. The apartment is very well equipped, all kitchen utensils are available and there are enough dishes, I also asked for a microwave and they installed it for me right away. I was surprised that the apartment was cleaned every other day, and sheets and towels were changed. It is close to Mercadona and Lidl, and the beach is a few minutes away. I was also very satisfied with the price of the apartment.

Clean compact room with very good air conditioning. Very fast internet. No microwave. Shower could be better.

Old, but clean and it‘s got everything you need. quiet street and very close to the beach/bus/supermarket/butcher/restaurants Wifi is horrible, most of the time it didn’t properly load a normal internet page which made planning the next day a little difficult

We were very satisfied with all the assistance we got from the hotel reception, also positively surprised that they were cleaning the apartment every second day. The water heater in the kitchen - bedroom is a bit noisy, but not frustrating if you are tired enough. Internet was not the most stable.

Really nice studio in Palmanova. The place was clean and really comfortable. The TV didn't work.

The staff were lovely and helpful. It wasn't easily accessible for people with difficulties with walking. Majority of apartments are on higher levels with no lift. Had to request move to lower level which was accommodated on the 3rd day after arrival which made things a lot better.

Very nice studio and not too noisy, great value for money. Conveniently located near supermarkets, restaurants, bus stop, pharmacy and not too long a walk from Palmanova. Only downside for us was there wasn’t a great view but other than that no complaints.

Naika studios are basic but comfortable accommodation for a budget price in Palmanova. They were perfectly located for my requirements. The air con worked well and the cooking facilities were adequate. The fridge was very poor, it struggled to keep food cold and didn't have a freezer compartment so I had to buy ice daily. The apartment didn't have a microwave which seems silly when these are so cheap these days, heating food on the stove top isn't so easy sometimes. Soundproofing is poor so you'll hear your neighbours, luckily I had noisy ones only on 2 nights.

Super friendly staff. Very helpful. Decent breakfast with a good choice. Wifi in apartment very slow. Air conditioning kept dipping in and out. Tv didnt work on arrival but maintenance did fix quickly. Room wasn’t cleaned or the bins emptied at all during stay. Apart from that we did enjoy to be fair ?
