Food was great and nice resort Only downside was the cold pool. Maybe kids pool could be heated.

The food was tasty and a different menu was given every day. The staff was really friendly and helpful, and especially the entertainment team was amazing! We were advised to not drink tap water, but we were not told that once the pool bar closes we could not get water through out the night unless we bought it at the vending machine.

Staff brilliant and worked so hard. Never stopped and were there for the people. They listened when we complained and tried to help even tho nothing they could do. Halloween effects were amazing....a red swimming pool! Fabulous. Even tho we weren't there for Halloween, it was lovely to see. Where do I start! No leisure space.....no lounge or bar or easy seating. When weather was bad, we only had our rooms. The small snack area was packed. The restaurant queues awful. So had to return to our rooms. Kids bored as nowhere ro go and ran around the corridors, banging on doors and playing football in the hallway. I got hit on the head returning to my room, no apology so manners not even taught to the kids. One restaurant. Hotel full as the main Halloween hotel....went late as per usual and queue was huge. Restaurant was due to close and we were still in the queue. People were getting food and taking back to room. I complained and was told the Spaniards eat late! I am a Spanish resident. I live in Alicante. I know. I eat late! So we went early, as it opened and same issue, plus times had changed. I showed staff the times I was given and due to Halloween they altered them. At this point we had been queuing for 30 mins. Once again doors open and we pile in to stand in a queue for food and food goes cold whilst waiting to get the last bit u wanted. We ate out 3 nights. Having come here for all inclusive. Not impressed. Walls so thin. Kids screaming and thumping about, plus you could the personal relations between couples!! This hotel hasn't the facilities for the rooms..... need more restaurants and lounge= bar space. Get rid of the pay bar....not worth it. You need it to keep paying customers happy for space and options.

everything, class hotel. staff lovely and accommodating food decent going home

The hotel is situated not far away from the Palmanova beach, about 200 metres. It is a good choice for everybody, but as we have noticed there were pretty much older people and families with children, which is good if you are searching for a quite place :) we have slept very well in this hotel, even though there was a music outside the room, on the pool. The soundproof is very good. The food was also good (all inclusive). We can consider this hotel as an option when we will be back to Mallorca :) May be the price)

Staff are very friendly Nothing

All Inclusive was a great benefit, food was great and the staff was great in managing the rush hours. We were traveling with two teenagers and they also enjoyed the overcrowded pool :) and the evening animations. The beach Platja de Palmanova (Es Carregador) was very nice and clean in the morning, in the afternoon some seaweed, trash etc., during summer weekends crowdy. We booked one room with the pool-view and one with the garden-view, I would not say that the pool-view is better choice as the poll area is very noisy, also in the evening, but when you close windows the room was quiet.

Amazing hotel. Like for me it was the best hotel. My daughter was super happy and enjoying the swimming pool so much. Food was really, really tasty. People who work there are greate? they doing amazing job. Thank you very much ❤️? Non

Good location Facilities insufficient for number of guests (long queues for restaurant and bar, lack of sun loungers). Poor choice of drinks on all inclusive. Communal areas dirty. Not good for couples. Unhelpful staff.

Just stayed one night, but you can see it's obviously a beautiful hotel. Michele at the reception is very welcoming, the restaurant staff is professional and lovely, Pedro Vanessa and Estaban are the best. There's queues and the bar at night but they go so fast you wouldn't believe it.

rooms are clean. bads are comforyable good for family, small coach is perfect for kids super overcrowded, everywhere. buffer us very full of people, big line to enter. personel is running fast to replenish food. because of mass volume, quality and outlook of food could be better. smells bad in restoran and dirty in corners. petsonal does excellent job, premises could have been better

Superb

Staff were exceptionally helpful, the hotel is very clean and modern and the food is very good, covers all dietary requirements and one of the nicest hotel restaurants for a family stay we’ve had. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
