All was good ?

I like everything that’s why I return to this hotel. Great location, 7 mins walking to a beautiful beach Palmanova. Everyday cleaning and towels change. Great service and staff. Good quality for a such affordable price. I will come back for sure. Thank you!

It was easy to access, close to everything. It was very basic but clean Zero parking- it was so difficult to find a parking in the night. If the Room had one small microwave, it would have been the best value for money

Location, comfortable bed, small fridge, kettle and mugs. It was my second time there. Ants, I was prepared for them, but I think, it’s the main problem of this hotel. I saw ants also in other hotel on Mallorca. So, I buy always glass cleaner and use it against the ants. Anyway, don’t leave any food or sweet in the room.

The location is superb and there's a lot of parking available around. It's possible to reach Palmanova (10 min) and Magaluf (30 min) with a nice walk to get to bars and restaurants. Supermarkets are close by. The room is big (we were two, in a room for three) and with a nice balcony, always clean and full of light. AC and TV were also there but didn't use them. The reception staff was helpful also when some payment issues came up. Our room was on the 3rd floor without an elevator: this was not an issue for us, but it could be something to point out if you have mobility issues or struggle to go up the stairs. Beds and pillow were not very comfortable.

On arrival I walked into a clean, tidy, sweet smelling room. All that was needed was there. Bathroom a little snug, but does the trick. Nobody available at night to keep an eye on things. Rooms not remotely soundproof. Hard to sleep with noise from neighbouring rooms, people shaking and kicking the front door at night, and children playing football against the garages. Shame, am sure a night porter would stop these problems. I spoke to a couple of the other guests and they were very unhappy with the security issues. Also, there was no nowhere to leave my luggage on the last day. I asked for a late checkout if possible, and the lady in the office told me I could have my room until 1 pm. My coach transfer was at 1:55pm and I had a suitcase and a large bag. Too much to carry around. On my last day, the maids knocked a few times and were trying to push me into being out of the room earlier. I understand it is out of season, but luggage storage is a service that should be offered. This could be a nice little hotel if these issues were sorted.

The room had a very bad odor from the toilet. Also the cleaning lady on March 28th was in and took one of our towels , we did contact a staff on the same day and on the 29th of march , however, by the time we left on the 30th in the morning no one brought our towel back.

The service from the room attendants was regular. Cleaned daily with constant fresh bedding and towells. The mattress was like sleeping on the ground! It was painful!

Very basic, bed and a shower. Old hotel without reception.
