Location was very good, the view is nice and rooms are decent. The food was not good. Very greasy and it wasn’t always clean. Cutlery was not washed properly and the glasses were full of stains. Also there was no possibility to eat outside during breakfast which was sad because the weather was nice and we wanted to have some fresh air. AC was not working majority of our stay. Only on the first and last day. The check out procedure was slow. We’ve waited 25 minutes because there was a line until outside just to give our room keys. We tried to just go from the side but the staff would not entertain us.

Hotel was pleasant , most staff were friendly and helpful. The indoor pool could do with being heated more as booked this hotel specifically to use the heated pool, jacuzzi etc the steam room was not working . The choice of food and drink was average. The all inclusive drinks were wine , beer, cava , soft drinks all on tap. So the wine was awful. The spirits are local and were fine. Bedrooms very clean and comfortable and every room has a view which was splendid. Not much nightlife nearby for the young partygoers but not far to walk to Magaluf. Beaches are beautiful on both sides of the hotel.

Not a lot. Food was disgusting. We was eating outside the hotel. Indoor pool entrance only from outside… very loud during the night.

Food is bad if you’re Italian or used to good food, location is amazing and services are good. All inclusive option is good value for money

Nice rooms Very loud, can hear next door, corridor noise and outside noise all through night.

The hotel spa was closed, pools were closed, I understand that it is slightly out of season (by a week or so) - but it made the stay less than impressive. The shower was a pathetic dribble at best - the worst hotel shower I have ever encountered

The rooms were nice. Sea view in all rooms. The food really needs to be looked at. Not very nice at all. Had to eat out.

The location was amazing, beach front & Palma Nova buzzing 99.9% full of old age Spanish Pensioners. The breakfast was diabolical, food selection very poor. Only offered fried Eggs, no omelettes, hard boiled !!
