The room was very nice and very clean. Only valet parking was not what we wanted but it worked ok. They have a sister property right across the drive way with a restaurant etc. that was a little weird but ok. Nothing else close by(walking distance) for dinner or happy hour. great for a short stay. Staff was really great.

The main issue we had was the parking staff parked our very expensive, freshly detailed sports car under a tree after we had tipped very generously asking them to take care of it. It was returned to us covered in tree sap and bird droppings. Not happy!

Quiet and clean. Modern. Easy to valet. I love the option of going to the hotel bar/restaurant next door and being able to put it on your room.

Clean, comfortable bed, linens Valet expense. I didn't know there was off site parking. We came and went several times. Ran out of cash. Had to find an ATM.

This was an amazing stay the place was beautiful and the staff was beyond amazing I’m so forgetful and needed up leaving something behind and they helped me find it and sent it back to me I cannot say how amazing the staff was here I will be staying again 10/10

New, clean beautiful hotel conveniently located in Palo Alto

The valet is nice and the staff are understanding. The hotel is clean and they are efficient in completing requests. The new breakfast at the hotel across the way was ok. No longer a buffet style. My child is a vegetarian so eggs and toast buffet worked wonders last time. They had a menu but it was nice to try something new. Bring back the buffet would be nice.
