No TV working A double charge on my card No help, no manger for 3 days Do not recommend at all for the 500$ price tag

Charming hotel. Loved our room! The staff were so friendly. Lots of places to dine in the area. Will stay again.

We booked a king sized bed , when we arrived we were shocked to see what looked like a full. The room itself was also a lot smaller than photographed. When we asked about it the front desk staff wasn’t very helpful and gave us attitude. There wasn’t even enough space for our luggage without stepping over it . We were told that nobody ever complained about the space but the reviews say otherwise and we overheard another family requesting ta larger room the next day. Bar was completely booked for outside people which was the only real space available other than the room at the hotel. Very expensive to include no amenities…not even a laundry service. Also the shower kept clogging.

Nice location. Make a point to check out the rooftop bar. F&B pricey, but that’s par for the course in Palo Alto. I wish they had a “normal” coffee pot in the room vs a fancy pour over and free lobby coffee would be nice. We hope to return next year.

Great location and fun decor. The hotel was not as crisp as it was a couple years ago when I stayed there. Most notable the carpet on the stairs was tattered and the elevator was tired. The rooftop bar was closed for a private event and no restaurant was open when we arrived in the afternoon both of which were disappointing and made it difficult to use the resort credit. Also - wish they had a small gym.

The Graduate in Palo Alto lives up to the Graduate reputation with creative decor specific to the area. The staff are incredibly friendly. Location is amazing...you can walk right out the door to adorable downtown PA and be at any number of coffee shops, restaurants, etc. in just steps. Nice rooftop bar. The building is old. The bed really squeaked and felt uneven. The rooms are noisy....road noise was a problem. Street cleaners woke me up at 4am going through downtown PA. The bathroom vanity has no counter space really to put your things. A room not facing University probably would have been quieter. Breakfast available downstairs, but it is really pricey....

Charming historical hotel combined with the Graduate branding and playfulness. Breakfast in the bar area was excellent. Convenient nearby parking that on the weekends was free and great location to a variety of restaurants and near the Stanford campus.
-
Cosy atmosphere, accommodating staff, valet parking Smaller room, loud noises from the outside, the windows were old and only single pane
-
Rooms are relatively small. Nice location in the heart of Palo Alto. The ratio price / quality of sleep is not what we expected, we will not return and rather book a cheaper hotel if it is to sleep above a noisy street...

Loved it! Exceptional staff, cute and clean hotel. Central location. Would definitely book again.

The only thing was that it was hard to figure out the air conditioner and the room was a bit stuffy .
-
The hotel was unexpectedly nice, the decorations were cool and the staff really helpful and professional. The location was ideal as it was on the college strip! Great stay!

Rooftop bar was closed during my stay, otherwise everything was fabulous!
