We had a 2 night stay with 2 rooms. Room cleaning came very late (5pm) the first day and not at all the second day. Despite speaking with the front desk about the late arrival for the prepaid 2nd room for our son, they messed up the reservation anyway.

Great place! Parking!

Bed was comfortable and shower was fine. Would not stay there again.

Very unique hotel. Love it!

Also, charged a difference of $10 on 2 separate nights for the same glass of scotch.

They secured my luggage while I was expecting a solution to the cancellation. I was very disappointed because I arrived at the hotel and the receptionist told me that my reservation was cancelled by booking.com. No body advised me that previously, I was very stressed about this. I have paid for my stay there. I was a great deception to me.

Very good

Hotel "destination fee" felt a bit like a scam. They charge $25 a day so that they can give you $25 dining credit. I don't appreciate those tactics.

Too expensive even for Palo...

Room was quite clean. Staff was helpful at the desk. Curiously, there were no water glasses in the room, but the staff did not recognize that as an error or unusual. We did have water bottles (2) in the room. The breakfast was excellent but the service for breakfast was weak for the level of the accommodation and its price. Breakfast orders were taken at the entry counter and delivered to tables but without any subsequent inquiry as to whether additional service or items or even salt and pepper could be provided. The food, however, was well-prepared such as it was. Nice hotel, but a couple of things need tweaking to bring it to the level that would be justified by the nightly rate.

Favorite spot we stayed on our roadtrip. Comfortable. Great location. Style and decor perfect. Staff helpful and friendly. Totally staying there again if ever in the area.

The hotel was perfectly situated in the center of it all. There were so many restaurants and shops within walking distance. If you’re visiting Stanford, it’s a quick 20 walk to the Palo Alto transportation hub. The rooms were decorated beautifully, super clean, and the staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the area.

Great Location in Downtown Palo Alto and the staff was extremely friendly there Parking can be a challenge but they do offer Valet service

No TV working A double charge on my card No help, no manger for 3 days Do not recommend at all for the 500$ price tag

Charming hotel. Loved our room! The staff were so friendly. Lots of places to dine in the area. Will stay again.

We booked a king sized bed , when we arrived we were shocked to see what looked like a full. The room itself was also a lot smaller than photographed. When we asked about it the front desk staff wasn’t very helpful and gave us attitude. There wasn’t even enough space for our luggage without stepping over it . We were told that nobody ever complained about the space but the reviews say otherwise and we overheard another family requesting ta larger room the next day. Bar was completely booked for outside people which was the only real space available other than the room at the hotel. Very expensive to include no amenities…not even a laundry service. Also the shower kept clogging.

Nice location. Make a point to check out the rooftop bar. F&B pricey, but that’s par for the course in Palo Alto. I wish they had a “normal” coffee pot in the room vs a fancy pour over and free lobby coffee would be nice. We hope to return next year.
