Few products options, cold coffee. Itens like napkins, forks, knives has to be constantly requested for replacement. Sheets and bath towels with holes, blackout torn. Cobwebs and cockroaches in the room.

The Cleanliness was awesome! The bed was great! Location for events in the Pampulha area is awesome. The breakfast should be better. The refrigeration was not cooling. I don't know where the misalignment is, but the standard single room is the same as the standard double room. Something is wrong here with the rooms; if some unavailability happens, call the property.

I loved that the property was well maintained and well cared by the staff. Also, I loved the friendly-ness of the staff bringing in a ‘Stay at home’ feeling. Without a single doubt I’d would say this is one of the best hotel if you are looking for a cheap room around the city. N/A
