The rooms were small. The refrigerator/ freezer did not work properly. The rooms need update. Walls were stained in the main room and RR. Small TV. We didn't have a closet rack to hang anything up. The beach was easy access and lots of things to do nearby

Our room was decently cleaned, however it had a terrible sewer smell the entire time. We were supposed to have access to 2 swimming pools, but one was closed and the other available one was crammed packed full on both days the entire time it was open.

Beautiful beach view. Balcony was awesome. Comfortable, clean room. Only thing that was lacking was slow elevator in which one was not working.

It was a beautiful beach view with easy access to the beach, however the rooms were older and mold around the bathroom floors, the air conditioning would leak, and the seal around the actual room door wasn’t well and you could see daylight all around the door

Not what I expected. The shower had no bars for support. The elevators were very slow. Had to go after towels and garbage bags. Trash not picked up.

The tiki bar was great and staff was friendly. The staff at the hotel was not that friendly. We requested a bottom floor room by the pool, but the pool was closed for. Te and we were not told.

When checking in the staff didn't put any effort into explaining anything about the hotel or access to my room. They were to busy talking about drinking and plans later in the week. Room had 2 beds and the bunk bed which was nice. The door to access the beach from our room was broke and we couldn't ever get it locked correctly. We were just told don't use the door and no we couldn't change rooms. With new management and checking in people this place would be great.

Poor room layout supposed to sleep 6 but if you folded out the sofa bed NO ONE was able to use the bathroom

The location. The hotel was very old and run down, and needs a major makeover. They were having a tattoo convention at the convention center and there was no parking. The pictures on the website are very deceiving.

the pool stayed closed and no breakfast just a restaurant to buy food!!! I loved all but that!

Viee was amazing. Location was convenient, right next to the beach and easy to find what you need. Staff was very friendly during check in and out. Was very accommodating. The only down side I would say it the bathroom was to small for the room.
