Air conditioning was broke- leaking. We notified the front desk, and it was fixed and cleaned up by the time we arrived back at the room. Great service!

There are no daily linen changes. They don't come in and clean your room. The side access door that it's supposed to be locked 24 hours a day was not locked for the first 2 days we were on location. There were roaches in the hallway. There was roaches in our room. Staff was very unhelpful

I did not like waiting for a dry towel. My husband and I are in Panama on vacation. The fact staff isn't on site till 11 am is insane. We wanted to go to the beach. We took a shower in the morning before the beach. The day before our towels didnt dry completely in our room. So I knew I needed to get some DRY towels for when we got back from the beach. Nobody at front desk. So I used the phone in the lobby to ask where I could get them. Only to be informed we would have to wait till 11!!!!!!! We paid to come to the beach not a hotel room. We are on the beach usually from 9am to 5pm. Someone should be in that lobby at all time. I have never seen anything like it. Respectfully.

No towels and linen available when needed.

The location was good however it’s difficult to get in because it’s in the back of a parking lot No iron. No ice machine. No pool

It was clean. It was in a nice area. We didn’t have a tea for five days we found a couple roaches

The floor was dirty and it was overall to noisy. I would‘t recommend to book it.

The check in host was very nice and helpful. Nothing everything was perfect.

I liked that it was convenient to other amenities. I did not like that they had no cooking pans, dishes, or utensils. You have to purchase those on your own. They also did not offer housekeeping, so if you're there for a whole week like I was I had to clean my own room, and take my towels down there to get new ones as they did not go in your room throughout the day like other hotels. I also did not like that there wasn't anyone at the front desk at all during the night or most of the day. The window was closed until 9am or later that day and when you're there and have early mornings and late nights you can not get what you need from them because no one is at the desk and the window is shut. Also they advertise no deposit but there was clearly a upcharge on my room, different from what booking said.

How cheap it was. Blankets & pillows very very thin.

Stayed 7 nights had to ask for another roll of toilet paper and got charged 22.47 if I known that would of bought my own

Room was clean but had a leaking toilet. Needed more towels since toilet was leaking on bottom. Couldn't sleep due to person above stomping their feet like an elephant all night until 8am, Every day for 4 DAYS!

All around amazing experience. Staff was great. Close to everything.

The location of the hotel, cleanliness of the room and the size of the room. I thought breakfast was offered and there was a pool on site.

Charged me for lining when I had lining service. Too many drug heads hanging around. Staff very unfriendly. Left 3 days early because of noise from other rooms.
