This resort was perfect. Kid splash pad is more so for children 5+. My 2 year old attempted the slides but they were too fast for her. The kid pool & regular pool were great. Loved the lazy river. The food on the resort was great just a tad pricy. A perk to that, is kids get free vouchers if you spend $17+. I definitely plan on coming back. The views are beautiful and customer service was great. Even had washers and dryers available on first floor.

Well ……… upon check in the tv in our room was not working and they ended up changing it so we have to wait for that. Then our room safe was not working as well it had an error so maintainance fix it as well when we were in our room while they fix the tv. Then We went to the restaurant in the deck and waited to be serve but no one came so my husband went to the bar ask for the menu and they realize we were waiting……But inspite all that We love going to holiday inn resort in Panama City every year!!!!

* Facilities & Maintenance: The inner tubes in the lazy river were in terrible condition. Even more concerning from a safety standpoint, the elevator inspection certificates were expired. * Service: Most of the time, there was no staff at the towel station, and towels were almost always out of stock. * Dining & Buffet: In the past, we always opted to pay for the breakfast buffet because it was much more convenient than leaving the resort. This time, the front desk informed us that it was $49 per person. Ridiculous. Paying that amount for liquid eggs and bacon is completely unjustifiable. Looking at the menu, you could pay the same amount for an à la carte breakfast with much better quality. * Coffee Station: I couldn't find a single decent cup of coffee. Neither the latte, cappuccino, nor espresso was drinkable—the coffee tasted terrible. It is a real shame, but I will not return to pay high-end prices for such poor quality and service.

I did/do like this place but when we got to the room we had to call maintenance to come repair the floor.took them forever to do. Metal was sticking up from the carpet to the other flooring. The carpet had so much sand in it which I understand can’t be helped at the beach. It was pretty gross seeing all that sand from other ppl. Then we ordered from the restaurant and 2 grouper baskets meals almost 70 bucks and the crust was black “old cooking oil”and the fish inside had all dried up. Horrible! But its said and done now. Not sure if I will go back there. One, it’s wicked expensive and it just wasn’t the same as the times before. the staff were great!!!

I loved the access to the beach. Although we were told by more than one representative that there would be beach loungers and umbrellas available in the morning hours for half day morning rentals, when we got down to the beach were told it was either all day rental or afternoon only. We complained at the lobby registration and they made it right with two free beach day rentals. The restaurant was nice but a little pricey. The cocktails poolside were nice. The pool is open till midnight which was a nice escape from the heat. The lazy river was small but still very functional and nice addition. The Polynesian show was very nice at sunset. The rooms.
