Tv didn’t work in the room

The rooms were older, and mine had a peculiar smell. Despite appearing clean, when we went to bed at night, the bottom sheet was filled with sand. The next day, we approached the front desk to request a change of sheets. They handed me the sheets to change myself, but unfortunately, there were no covers provided. While most of the staff was friendly and helpful, I had a particularly unpleasant experience with one nighttime member who was not very accommodating. However, the beach view was a pleasant addition to our stay.

Staff was excellent, but that’s about it. The pools were so bad and murky it looked like an infection waiting to happen. Coffee machines were broken at their coffee shop. There were no sheets for the pullout bed. Our view was nice though.

This was not our first choice of hotel. My other reservation was cancelled and Expedia found alternative hotel for our stay. This hotel is more kid friendly and not adult friendly hotel which we booked originally. Kids did not play in the kid pool they were at all pools and all over hotel property unsupervised. Loud and not mindful of other guests jumping in and out of the lazy river so we could not enjoy it. Half of the showers to wash away sand were not working. Table in our room and table on balcony have broken legs so the tables rock back and forth. I did not like having to wear a bracelet to get into my room and to be on property. If employees were checking guests for bracelets at the pools I never saw anyone. I would suggest keyless entry using your phone instead of bracelets. My vacation was not restful or peaceful.

It was nostalgic to stay here again, but most of the staff seemed to be unfriendly and didn’t want to be there, the beach chair rental is a complete rip off at 55.00 a day, we arrived early and was told to come back an hour later to check in, after we bought groceries and came back later they told us it wasn’t ready but conveniently had a room available at an upcharge, the Polynesian show was great and welcoming,I would consider staying here again with lower expectations, honestly there are more modern motels for the same price that we will explore next time, I would really like to give a better recommendation but the attitude of the employees is really bad

What i love about sandpiper beacon is all the the things you can do right there. With a pool and lazy river inside to the 2 pools and hot tub outside and there are tons more of things to do as well.

We didn’t even end up getting to stay in our rooms because we were very rudely greeted by the front desk staff. Before we could even get a word out she was very snappy and when she informed us of the cash deposit we were trying to tell her it was nowhere on the booking website but she refused to listen and kept cutting us off then proceeded to insult us and call us “little girls” after we told her she wasn’t going to speak to us the way she was since we were paying customers. Her attitude made us feel unsafe and unwelcome so we didn’t even stay at the hotel.

Great as always only complaint would be the new pool times. It closes at 10 now instead of 12. Beside that great clean room and fun for the kids. Beach was awesome.

Great location and things to do Coffee machine was broken. Beds were horribly uncomfortable, we left a day early cause it was so bad. We felt like we’d been beaten after trying to sleep on them for three days. Overall the place felt outdated and crowded. What space we had, had a giant table taking up the room. There was no where in the room for a child to play

-great location. You are right beside the beautiful beach. Parking is just infront and accross the street, and are plenty. -good option of things to do within the property. Cons: -our room has signs of mold. -stains and old scratches on the sink and toilet cover. -air conditioner vent is dusty. -peeling paint. -floor carpet is dirty.

Fue muy buena la atención y limpieza. La habitación me gustó. Todo limpio, camas y almohadas cómodas. Todo funcionaba perfectamente. Volvería a este hotel.

Great location Didn’t feel as clean as it could have been.

The location was perfect close to everything ESPECIALLY the beach but really didn't need to leave the hotel except for dinner. All the pools were nice but crowded. There was an ac leak in our room and looked like mold growing on the carpet from it. They did come very fast to fix the leak though. The hotel seemed kind of old.
