The only thing that was frustrating was the elevators were not working. This caused a huge pile up trying to get up to our room or the pool. The food was amazing.

Breakfast was great. Kayla at the front desk was likd and informative. They were able to accommodate my early check in. The mattress by the window was the worst mattress I've ever slept on. It took at least 15 minutes of running the shower for the water to get warm. Room number 404.

Staff member promised to email my receipt and she failed to do so. The bwd was hard as a brick.

Very nice hotel. It was a busy hotel but it kept very clean. Breakfast was good.

Pool was nice and warm. Someone started smoking in the pool area and my wife and I asked very nicely for him not to smoke and he was a little disgruntled but he put out his cigarette and walked out of the pool area.

An organization that maintains a super level of service. Tru is true at all we’ve used over the years. This one was no exception. Morning breakfast was excellent with a good variety of items to choose from.

The location was great and the price was fair. The afternoon receptionist. He was lazy. All ways on his phone, when you had a question, he made you feel like you were bothering him. We had a maid that left the trash in our room. Did not change out the shampoo. Let trash bags on our bed

Comfortable place for a short stay in PCB. The beds were Comfortable, I enjoyed the smart TV in the room as well. Breakfast and coffee was great! The pool table was a bonus for the young adults traveling with me.

Location was fine hotel was clean staff was nice Beds were incredibly uncomfortable, the frames seemed like they were going to fall apart. The toilet was not properly bolted to the floor and moved when sitting on it. The a/c when it kicked on sounded like it was full of water. And you could hear the people in the next room…every word.
