Upon arrival, the hotel’s entire system was down but the lady at the front desk worked tirelessly to accommodate everyone and get us checked in. I was impressed with her composure as others checking in seemed annoyed. The hotel itself was very clean and I’m giving this review an excellent because our stay was very nice. I will say, the coffee was not good. Tasted very watered down and weak. Both mornings during breakfast, there were men cleaning the bathrooms in the lobby. It seemed like a terrible time to clean bathrooms while there were several families convening with small children and no one could use the facilities. The breakfast itself was wonderful!

The breakfast was good and always on time. A nice selection to choose from. One of the cleaning ladies was very rude when asking her a question. I found that unnecessary.

Extremely rude front desk staff. I was charged twice and tried to kindly let them know of the error, and was told that it was an issue with my bank and not their system. At check in it was a woman with brown curly hair complaining about how terrible the system is… just to then say it’s my issue and not their system for the double charge. Parking is $10 and extremely limited late in the evening. If you’re a solo traveler, this place is not for you! It’s full of kids running around being loud all hours of the night with no staff, security, or PARENTS to stop the noise.

As Mom to a family of 6 who travels several times a year I REALLY appreciate the kitchen area and the full sized refrigerator/freezer! We have multiple food allergies and so I do pickup orders at local stores and we eat mostly "at home". The hotel we stayed at could use another luggage cart or 2.

The hospitality team was attentive to our needs. Positive distance from Pier Park The breakfast was consistently missing items. Simple items were unavailable (e.g. cups, plates, pool towels). The pool is not adequate size to accommodate a 1/4 hotel guests.

Exceptional

The hotel was nice but the carpet spelled horrible and the shower had. Mold stains around the board and when our room was suppose to be cleaned they only replaced towels just wasn’t what I had in mind especially being there a whole week for dance competition

Be aware you have to pay to park in there parking per night i will never stay at this location again.

Nothing I was scheduled for a full weekend and as I get there we were hit that we had to pay 30$ per night for parking why this was the hotel parking not a third party parking, additional to the 657.$ we were paying, when we booked the 2 rooms i advise it was for 4 ADULTS i was never giving the option to choose the room so we got to the room and it was a queen bed and a Sofa yes a sofa bed with a thing mattress so we go down stairs to the front desk there was a total of 8 in our party i asked the lady in the front desk if she can help me to switch the room she said she only had 1 room with 2 queen size bed but it was going to be an additional 75 $ so as a person that worked in Hilton b4 in corporate i asked her if I can be relocated with my party of 8 oh and let me mention they had charged me already for the 1st night she told me she didn't have no were to relocate us and that i had booked thru a 3rd party that was booking. Com we proceed to cxl the reservation stay the one night and leave as i go to ck out I went to talk to the front desk as i had called corporate and was trying to advise Mr Charles and he proceed as well to prush me off very quickly. So I keep all my information and have contacted corporate. Be aware you have to pay to park in there parking per night i will never stay at this location again.

Breakfast is poor . Will never stay there again.
