The representative on the evening shift was very pleasant and helpful. The one in the morning was not very nice. She made it seem like we were bothering her when asked a question. I'm booked for another night there and almost wish I wasn't. But maybe there will be better staff.

Well the sheets we sleep on the first night my youngest 7 year old sleep on the floor cause she said the sheets were slimy and had a stain I was so tired I didn't care next day we found 2 stains and the gross hard stuff they came up and changed our sheets then, afford us all the snacks wwe wanted at no charge said will pay for your parking. Never got paid for the parking, and then they charge me $20 for the snacks that we took. So we slept in a stained bed with nasty stuff on it, and then got charged for the snacks that they told us, we wouldn't be charged for yeah never again. They also ran out of hot food.They also ran out of milk.They also ran out of waffles, and there was no fruit or anything else for the kids to eat.So I had to go to waffle house and pay fifty dollars for breakfast.Even though it was included in the price of the hotel

I did not like anything about the property soon as I walked in my room I noticed mold went to the front desk to address my concern got another room and it to had mold! Did not stay there totally unprofessional! Still waiting on a manager to reach out!

Had to pay for Parking! Never had to pay for parking at a hotel that had their own parking! Wasn’t like we had to use a parking garage - they had their own parking lot! Wasn’t there for my brother’s funeral. Funeral home gave us flyers the hotel dropped off to the funeral home saying we get a discount. Apparently since my brother died the week before the 4th of July and his services were on a Thursday July 2nd. Apparently since it is the week prior to a holiday funeral discount don’t apply! Plus the staff argued they didn’t know anything about that. Manger refused to speak with us. Not very friendly desk staff!
