The front desk staff was super welcoming to begin with. Then you go to concierge who tries to get you to do a timeshare presentation when all you want to do after traveling is get settled in your room. Only one elevator worked and it was dirty for the first day and a half. The ice machine on the 4th floor was in operable. The bathroom extremely small. The hotel states private beach and it’s more like a miniature sandbox. Horrible advertising. No continental breakfast. One bar not really a restaurant. Didn’t open until 10 for “brunch”. So you would have to leave the premises for a good breakfast. So many lizards, snakes. We saw baby alligators. We were promised a birthday gift sent to the room. Never arrived after numerous conversations with the front desk. None of the expectations were met. Will not stay at that resort again.

Overall good experience but everything was SO slow. Their check in process was 2 step thing. There was a long time to check in and once I checked in I was directed 20 feet away to another line where I need to wait for a parking pass. The elevators were slow and we ended up taking the stairs. The restaurant flip flops was really good but also very slow. I’m not an impatient person but I was slightly annoyed with that. Overall, a good stay though!

Everything was great!

The rooms are very clean, but the balcony need a cautious step when you’re getting ready to go out of it onto the balcony and come back in because I tripped several of times going in and out Also the staff was very friendly nice patient especially Rose. I’ll give Rose anA+for herpersonality and how she felt and when even how she made, you feel welcome when you first walked in and helping you check into your room. The size of the renovation one of the hot tubs it wasn’t hotter. It wasn’t getting hot enough but everything else if Ihad to grade it was it was excellent again. The staff was very friendly and nice.

This was our first time staying at this resort and we will definitely be back. They have everything you need to have a relaxing or an adventurous time without ever leaving the property. We had a great time and look forward to our next visit.

This is my favorite place to stay in Florida but now at checkout they charge a $30 dollar per night resort fee plus taxes and fees on that. My last trip to my favorite place.

Overall good, fun property. Good proximity to small private beach

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The property was well kept, except for several broken sprinkler heads wasting water. Great pools. The refrigerator and microwave were very useful. Sadly, the bathroom to too small.

I like the bay view and a couple of staff were nice . The property looked nothing like the pictures on the website , I was very disappointed that a balcony was advertised but it wasn’t a real balcony that you can actually walk out on . When I asked about it the lady at the front desk said they called it their “stand alone” balcony . The king bed and pillows were hard . The shower drain was rusty and the sink was moldy . Very disappointed with my stay . For $500 for 2 nights I expected a cleaner hotel .

Stay was not as expected. We were not given the room type we reserved, housekeeping rudely knocked on our door at 8:45am and again at midnight- with things we did not request, fire alarm went off twice one night, and the “private beach”was closed the whole time we were there. Overall, it was just a hot mess. There was also a lot of construction going on, that required entry into one of our family members rooms. Staff was not super helpful unless a manager was around. We love Hilton, but will not be staying at this location again. We had 35 people there for a family reunion and over half us were affected by these same issues.

This was one of the most disappointing and expensive hotel stays I've ever had. The hotel is under major construction, yet they aren't upfront about just how disruptive it is. The lobby is torn apart, parts of the property are inaccessible, and even the beach access was closed. If you can't operate a hotel without ruining your guests' experience, then close until the construction is finished. Our first night, the A/C barely worked, and then the power went out. As if that wasn't enough, a fire alarm went off at 2:00 a.m., forcing everyone to evacuate the building. The explanation from management? "Faulty wiring because of the construction." That's not reassuring—it's alarming. The staff seemed completely indifferent throughout our stay. Every concern was met with excuses instead of solutions. We spent several days by the pool, and not once did we see anyone empty overflowing trash cans or make any effort to maintain the area. The entire property felt neglected. Privacy apparently doesn't exist here, either. We had a Do Not Disturb sign on our door, yet staff still entered our room. That's unacceptable. Ironically, the only people showing concern during our stay were the guests. We spotted a family that had accidentally left a tablet on the roof of their car. When we asked the front desk to contact them, the employee was rude and uninterested. We ended up retrieving the tablet ourselves and giving it to the manager, who said they

Place advertises a two bedroom SUITE which was just two hotel rooms with a lock off in between that does not even prop open when sharing with family. It stated it had a sofa and sofa bed which it does not. I had booked a poolside view and did not get it. Also had two construction related fire alarms where we had to evacuate one of them being 2am in the morning. Not impressed. Brandon and other bartender at pool bar were very nice.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was answering. The view was beautiful. I can't wait to go back. The room was cleaning. Thank yall.

I liked that the suit had a full kitchen. No pool where our building was located. Everything was a walk from our room. No HDMI on tv. Mini golf clubs were at the lobby instead of course. Patio was flooded due to poor drainage.

Family friendly, towels are replenished daily, trash taken cared of properly. 5 stars!!
-
So much to do. Not right on the beach, but close enough to drive there. The amenities at the resort, and bay were enough to keep you busy when not at the beach. We want to go back soon.
