This is an absolute gem of a hotel. It's set in beautiful surroundings, mountains in the background, flowers in the foreground, very pretty. It's spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The walk into the centre takes less than 10 minutes, along the river. The centre is beautiful; harbour, beach and bustling town. There are many local beauty spots, an excellent base to explore the region of Asturias.

Room was very clean. It had a small fridge which was very handy. Location was good and plenty of parking. There's a nice walk to Llanes by the river.. Room was way too noisy. You could hear anything going on in other rooms. We couldn't sleep very well.

Super clean, huge room, fantastic views, short walk into lovely town, free parking and very cheap Bed was a standard double and was smaller than most other hotels in Spain which have twin beds next to each other. Breakfast was basic and not included in the price

I have high standards. 12/10 for cleanliness it was impeccable clean++ so friendly & helpfull?Room was huge and lovely, brilliant shower & towels. Not there long enough, breakfast was just lovely!!

Great location, quiet only a short walk from town It was almost perfect. There was a refrigerator in our room. The only thing missing was a kettle.

Great hotel with a very good location walking distance from beautiful Llanes. Very nice staff. We enjoyed eating breakfast at the terrace with great views of the mountains

Quiet location with great view of the mountains, about 15 minutes walk from Llanes. Staff was friendly and helpful. WiFi was very slow, and soundproofing could have been a little better.

In principle this is a standard hotel with standard facilities. There is nothing much to say about it. However, it is located in a quiet part of Llanes with a nice walk of about 15 minutes along a little river. This walk I enjoyed very much. Since doors to the rooms are thin and stairways up to the rooms are made of stone it could be loud if people don`t respect others. Fortunately, I was lucky as after 10:00 everyone was home and settled.

It was in a quiet area but not a long walk to the town. The room was very comfortable. The lady owner and her daughter were very pleasant and helpful I had problems with my car and they tried to sort it out for me but as it was the weekend nothing could be done until the Monday Nothing
