Good value for a budget room; very clean & comfortable, big bathroom. Spacious room despite the sloping ceiling. Easy walking into the centre of town and to the harbour/beach. Reception staff very helpful – no kettle in room & they provided along with cups. Easy parking on site.

The hotel was very clean, and although the building was fairly old it was very well renovated. Many nice details.

The Staff was very polite. It's near to the city center and near supermarkets, restaurants and excursions. They charged us 22€ per person for the spa and they did not tell us that it was not included. At the check-out the lady told us it was not included and we had to pay it. The spa jacuzzi is black in the borders, there is broken curtains and it's not worth AT ALL 22€.

Everything. Room, staff so helpful and friendly, location, beautiful building, quiet park around it, close to town centre, library ground floor for relaxing. The town of Llanes hidden treasure. Nothing to not like.

The property is in an ideal location and easy to enter, park, walk to town. Meals are very nice! I was a shame to not have more patrons using the restaurant as I believe staff would appreciate the business and demonstrate their pride for preparing nice meals. Eduardo was incredibly kind!! The beds are not the best. We both experienced sore back muscles due to hard beds, a separation between us.

Delightful property, clean and neat. Check in could be more informative. Breakfast was quite good. Maybe turn on the heat in rooms on cold nights.

Easy access with very good parking. Convenient walk into town. Only stayed one night and it was a good value for what we needed. A bit “tired” but perfectly fine for a short stay.

We arrived after travelling for 24 hours and the hotel was able to give us a room earlier than the check in time. Very close to the port area, easy access to restaurants.

Lovely building and interesting layout. Great location for town. Expensive for what it was and a massive difference in welcome in Spain having travelled through Portugal. Very unfriendly staff at breakfast and not that great at reception either.
