Albatros Club Mykonos

We loved the relaxed atmosphere, views, nice breakfast and kind staff! Loud misic from Panormos club vas the only slight issue but the windows are very tight so it’s not a problem during the night.

Absolutely everything is top class, the hotel, the grounds, the views and literally all the staff go out there way to be polite and helpful. A special thank you to Anna on reception, so so helpful and always with a smile on her face - our super woman !! This hotel 100% exceeded our expectations in every single way and most certainly be back again !!! There is nothing we didn't like about this hotel !!

It’s a very beautiful, contemporary hotel with many traditional features. The restaurant and bar sit around the pool that are all perfectly placed to soak in the stunning views. The staff are exceptional and made the stay perfect. It’s a really special place. Nothing at all - it was perfect.

Very nice and friendly staff! Great sea view with a large terrace! Bungalow with all amenities, quite large. The beach is a few steps away and not crowded with vacationers, clean. Three times a day transfer to the capital of Mykonos. The restaurant at the hotel is good and affordable. Breakfasts are quite a good choice. I recommend for a quiet holiday away from the crowds of tourists. Too loud and stupid beach club music that can be heard throughout the area. But it's not the hotel's fault.

It’s on top of the most beautiful beach in Mykonos, 3/4 of the beach is semi wild. Amazing landscape, very beautiful panoramic views from our amazing huge balcony, staff is amazing and punctual, great English, what ever they say or promise they do. Nice food, nice healthy cats :D, pet friendly, amazing! The shuttle bus was available 3 times a day in September, takes to the city and back and you can do groceries shopping there since there is no shop in Panormos. Otherwise, you can find drinks and foods at the hotel. Thank you to the entire staff for the great experience!

After 5 days of staying, I understood why this hotel's rating was so high. First of all great personnel, amiable, helpful, and polite! We arrived early morning and they tried to help get to our room early, even though it wasn't possible they kindly gave us a beach towel so we could enjoy our stay near the pool/sea. During check-out, our flight was late and they changed our room so we could stay as long as possible before our flight. We really appreciate it. They have a shuttle bus to/from city. Knowing that we would take the shuttle back they kindly try to look for us (it was the last round) even though we stayed in the wrong place they called us and driver was looking for us. Thanks a lot for that! Breakfast was standard, quite enough of everything. The room was quite spacious and of course with sea view. The location is between of nowhere, there were not a lot of options for food, nearby taverna is not recommended for food. Food in the hotel is okay, if you want a fancier and better quality (but a bit more expensive) you can go to the left to hotel, they have good food. The hotel is for people who want enjoy the quietness, its quite small and there is no loud music in the hotel, however, some music you can hear from the beach club nearby. Even I saw one review where this music was disturbing, they finishing quite early (before 11 for sure, sometimes before 9 or 10), but if you close the room door we didn't hear any music and it wasn't disturbing for a sleep. Please note that breakfast wasn't included, even though in the question to this hotel in booking was written that it is. That's misled us.

This family owned resort is so welcoming, we will definitely come back as soon as we can :)

Very good breakfast, nice pool, very close to the beach, very nice staff.

Excellent location away from the hustle and bustle (and cruise trippers!) of town but close enough to reach action if wanted. Fabulous family feel where all staff got to know you, great room, lovely bar and pool and spectacular view. Amazingly helpful receptionist. Nothing I didn't like about this hotel.

The staff are absolutely great! They were very friendly, helpful and professional! The facilities are perfect, the rooms were very clean and the food at the hotel was great too! The pool was one of the greatest since it was super clean but not stinking chlorine at the same time. It is a family run business and you can see that from the staff trying to their bests. When the kitchen is closed in certain hours, you really have to sort yourself because there are only 2 places around you can eat and there are no supermarkets, maybe small toast or quick sandwiches would be good idea to keep people fed in case if they miss the kitchen hours.

Exceptional

This is a beachfront family run hotel and it has its own soul and personality. They gave us a beautiful room overlooking the bay which is one of the most beautiful of all Mykonos. The staff is super friendly, they take care of the transport and help with anything. The owners are there in the property taking care of their guests so the hotel works perfectly well. There is good snorkeling which is loved we even saw an octopus! There’s a restaurant in site which we did not like very much to be honest…but there is a very good taverna to eat right beside the hotel so you can easily spend a whole day without leaving the property.

This place is a true jam. Views, people, food...you will get much more than you could have ever expected.

Superb

The staff was incredible! They made me feel very welcomed and taken care of, along with answering every question I had and giving me great advice for Mykonos. The rooms were clean and quiet, and my bed was made every day by the cleaners. 10/10 recommend, have never stayed in a better hotel. No conditioner, but that may be normal for the island
