I do wish there was a bit more parking, as our ATV was blocked in one morning by another car.

The hotel, pool, and the grounds, are beautifully designed and well maintained. Our room was large, so comfortable and had a gorgeous view. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast selection was good. The pool/bar was a highlight—fantastic for relaxing—though the pool deck was crazy slippery! We would happily stay at Parea Paros again, but it is just outside of town. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the restaurants and shops, though parts of the main road lack sidewalks. Without a car, we mostly walked back and forth, which was manageable but not always comfortable.

It is Adult friendly, peaceful, and you can feel the good energy and the vibes. We stayed for 3 nights, the staff were amazing, pool is great with good music and cocktails, breakfast is cute served by the pool, very relaxed atmosphere. The room is big and spacious and very clean. The location was great for us, 15-30 minutes drive from everywhere, for us it was better than staying at Nausa (less crowded and more quiet) It’s not very accessible without car

Location, View and landscape around. Very friendly service, spacious and comfortable rooms, and nice boutique size of the complex. From previous year, it had less amenities (body lotion, welcome drink, wine in the evenings), breakfast was more limited (but good). And they probably should upgrade the car rental company they use (car was not in great condition)

We loved everything about PAREA ! Our room was very comfortable and clean with beautiful views of the sea and Parikia town. The pool was great and breakfast each morning was delicious. I really appreciate that they provided gluten free and lactose free options for me. Whatever we needed, they provided with a smile. The staff are exceptional! We also appreciated that it was a quiet hotel. It's a short walk to Parikia and the waterfront with plenty of restaurants and shops. The hotel information said it was a smoke free hotel but people were able to smoke in outdoor spaces and on the balconies of their rooms.

The room was a great space, very clean, and plenty of espresso pods provided in our room. We had a great view from our room (#201). The pool was also lovely and since it’s adults only, was never noisy with kids. The area felt very safe to walk back from restaurants and bars later in the evening. Since it is in the quieter part of town, it was a bit of a walk to get to the main restaurants and cafes. This was my fault for not fully paying attention to the distance but we ended up finding a path and enjoyed the post dinner walk back. Honestly there was not anything to complain about.

Good location - close to restaurants etc, nice breakfast Bit noisy, close to the Main Street

Nothing

The staff and the rooms were big Nothing in particular .. the breakfast was very very basic and there is no luggage assistance esp if you stay on the 3 rd floor it’s very difficult if you have large suitcases

Nice recent property; beautiful decoration. No parking. Just a small spot that can’t accommodate all cars without cars blocking each others. Very inconvenient. Common spaces are very narrow. Needed to pass by the pool with our luggage to access our room which in a very tight space, impossible without bothering people sitting at the pool. Breakfast limited with no sitting. You have to sit around the pool, not convenient. Room was big, nice design but just two super small windows without light. Not good enough for a Deluxe suite. Bathroom needs repairs, floor destroyed. Water pipes issues, smells bad at times in the bathroom.

- Cute property with a nice sea view - Comfortable bed - Decent size shared swimming pool - Lack of parking space only room for 4 cars by the hotel, otherwise you have to park on a dirt road, relatively uneasy to access to by car - No interactions with the staff outside of check in (quite cold and not very responsive on WhatsApp: I asked 3 times to get the safe in the room unlocked and they did not come to do it) - Breakfast was average - Bedroom had too few storage space (2 drawers and 6 hangers) to unpack 2 suitcases on a 2 week-long vacation (only spent 3 nights there)

We had a sea view room on 3rd floor, it was beautifully designed with amazing views of the sea and sunset and a balcony overlooking the vineyard on the other side. Nice toiletries and very clean rooms. Pool area is small but very chilled and never feels too busy. Nice bar, they don’t serve snacks but you can order from Wolt. Breakfast was really good, served from 9 which is a little later than other hotels but not a problem. Would highly recommend Parea to anyone travelling to Paros. Nothing, everything was perfect

The design and the view Little space around the pool and breakfast area. Very strong smell of 'perfume' in the room. Lasted all night.

Breakfast was amazing! Really enjoyed having that available for a nice slow morning before going out. Staff were all friendly. Yoga classes was nice offering! Location was great

The staff and the location! All of the staff were absolutely fantastic and the facilities were clean and sizable for my boyfriend and I. Pool could be a tiny bit warmer but we came in the early season so it still needs has time to heat up naturally!

Room was very spacious, had a great terrace, very clean and new Nice view Very new and tasteful pool I wasn't aware but they are providing breakfast included which was great; actually a very good and also high quality selection which was a nice surprise Only downside was that pool/terrace is facing sort of north; hence there is less sunlight which might be a plus in the main summer season (as it gets very hot) but a slight disadvantage in the autumn
