Great location off the port for when you ferry in. More quiet area with a great balcony looking out onto the ocean. Clean room, owners were awesome and extremely helpful with any questions you had about the island/ how to navigate it. Nothing

A nice location further up away from the Centre of Parikia, a beach just across the road, and a lovely balcony to enjoy. Having breakfast, the special omelette they make are amazing, definitely worth trying. There’s a fair amount of traffic that goes by, so there can be a bit of noise, but it’s certainly not disruptive

The staff were very friendly and genuinely warm. The room had a sea view and close enough that we could sleep with the sounds of the ocean! Rooms were good and clean have all necessary amenities.

It's exactly what hospitality feels and looks - amazing hostess, and the rest of the team took an exceptional care of us, letting us feel welcomed and peaceful from the very fest moments. Location is great, close to the port (6min walk) and cute town but in a good distance from business of it. Small beach in front is charming, especially in the evenings. Room is comfortable, clean and spacious enough. Only thing we would wish to be different is double bed, that was two single beds just next to each other so there was a gap in between. Top mattress would solve it.

My stay at Hotel Zannet (Oct '25) was a true delight, and the highlight of my experience visiting Paros for the first time. The location is great, a short walk from the port and directly across from Livadia Beach. The hotel's first floor restaurant is a perfect place to share a drink and watch the world go by. My favorite feature of my room (#3) was a sprawling balcony, from which I could hear the surf and see the sea through the trees across the road. But what stood out most was the remarkable hospitality from Nikos, the hotel owner, and his team, that elevated Hotel Zannet from just a place to sleep to being itself a memorable experience and memory from my visit to Greece. Should I be fortunate enough to visit Paros again someday I will be back, and in the meantime I can't recommend this charming hotel highly enough.

The hotel is right by the beach. It's sooo close. It's also really close to the Port, so access there was very easy. The island was very windy that day, but the Hotel was very sheltered. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was lovely. We will be back. We were accommodated because our last check out was at 11:00 and our check in to Hotel Zannet was at 14:00 and they kept our things aside in order to wait for our room to be ready. We explored and had lunch downstairs which was delicious.

Specifically booked the room with 1 double bed and still got 2 singles. The restaurant was a bit pricey.

The staff were incredibly kind and the location was great, especially for a solo traveler. Walking distance from the port and old town and right across from a small beach. The view from the balcony was great and there is a small restaurant below that was great for getting a coffee and taking in the views. The rooms were clean and a great value for the price. I would stay here again without a doubt.
