We booked this room super last minute and it was just perfect. We stayed in more properties on the island but this was the cleanest one! (heads up to the clears thank you❤️) The kitchen had everything you need and more, the bathroom had an amazing hot shower with strong water pressure ( not common in most places) and the reception staff was very kind and helpful. The beach and supermarkets were just a few meters walking.. I mean I would have stayed even more:) We had a room facing the reception area on the ground floor which could got noisy and less private sometimes. So if you stay request a room on the upper floor as I assume there is less movement and peace

The manager of the property was so helpful! He gave us so much information about the island: places to go, where we could eat, must do activities, how the buses work, etc! It was beyond helpful, and allowed us to get the most out of Paros! The room also fit all of us comfortably, and we loved using the kitchen and sitting outside on the porch! There is nothing I can think of!

Excellent location. Within walking distance from ferry port and main bus station. Extremely friendly staff and very easy check in. Will definitely stay again.

Everything about the stay was great. It was the most modern studio I stayed in. Everything feels like new, the mattress is perfect, the wifi is the fastest I could find in the whole Cyclades and perfectly suitable for working (90/10mbit). I got a map with the best places around the island to discover and on every request Nikos and his wife were super friendly and helped out instantly. Thank you so much!

Absolutely everything about the apartment was tip top and perfect. Very close to the beach, a 10 min walk from the port and 15 minutes from the old town. Surrounded with great places to eat. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable. The shower was a highlight of the accommodations. The bed was large and super comfortable. The terrace was super relaxing and it was great to be surrounded by the scent of jasmine blooming in the garden. The staff was incredible with the manager providing loads of useful suggestions and occasionally playing some beautiful classic guitar for the complex to enjoy. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Nothing at all

We liked the clean and spacious place with a nice balcony and everything needed for a comfortable stay! Nothing to complain about!

The staff was incredible! They were so helpful with tips and recommendations and were very caring, helped us with a car rental who brought it directly to us. The place was extremely clean and spacious. You can sometimes hear the water from other rooms, not really a big deal.

Best hospitality I have ever seen. Staff was amazing, the room was super clean and taken care off. All new and the bed was very very comfortable.

No ventilation in the bathroom except window, people walking by can hear you via said window.

The staff and rooms were amazing. Lovely terrace, perfect location and excellent dining, hiking, shopping and beach recommendations. Service was top-notch, thanks to our fabulous hosts. We hope to make a return visit someday.

It was a fantastic comfortable stay, very convenient and walking distance from the port! The room was VERY clean, including the floor which isn't usually the most clean in other accommodations. The bed was ultra comfortable, seriously the MOST comfortable bed ever (and I travel the World). The shower was hot and pulsating. The room had a nice patio with views, and also a kitchenette to cook/warm your own foods. The owners were quite helpful with any of my questions, touring needs, alternative suggestions for my best experience during my stay. On my final day there, my ferry wasn't leaving until the night, yet the hotel let me keep my room that entire day for no extra charge, allowing me to rest/pack/freshen up for my long ferry ride back to the mainland. I left completely rejuvenated and ready to handle my full day of travel to return back home. All was beyond perfect. I am picking my brain for any possible constructive criticism to offer, but there is none.

Hosts were very friendly, informative, and attentive. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. It was conveniently located to restaurants and the beach, so getting around was easy by foot. We did rent a car and visited different beaches and spots recommended by our host. Fabulous stay!

The property is very well located if you want to spend your days at Livadia beach and your evenings in the centre of Parikia. The room itself was spacious, clean and had everything you needed. We didn't use the small kitchen for cooking, but it seemed to be well stocked with pans and cutlery. The staff was very helpful and kind. The one or two minor issues we had were quickly taken care of. Definitely a place to recommend and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. If you have noisy neighbors then you will be able to hear them quite well. Luckily ours were pretty quiet after 23:00 so it didn't bother us at night. The road in front of the apartments is regularly used, so be mindful of that while walking because there isn't a pedestrian path.

We were near a bakery, restaurants and a beach. Our host was super helpful with ideas for trips. The bus stop was nearby and super reasonable.
