On the positive side, the hotel has a very good location. It is close to the metro, buses and train connections, which makes getting around the city very convenient. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants and other places to eat in the surrounding area. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the room service was also a positive aspect. Towels were replaced regularly, rubbish was taken out, and the room was generally serviced during the stay. The breakfast option was also convenient. Although the selection was repetitive, there was a choice of coffee and other drinks, croissants, yoghurts and various sweet snacks, which was enough for a simple breakfast. The air conditioning worked well and provided effective cooling, which was particularly appreciated during the stay. Overall, the hotel's location, friendly staff, regular room service and working air conditioning were definitely its strongest points. My stay at the hotel was unfortunately quite disappointing. I chose a room with a kitchenette, expecting to be able to use it, but the kitchenette was essentially unusable. There was no proper equipment at all — no cups, kettle, cutlery, or even basic dishes. The area was also very dirty and dusty. The refrigerator was damaged and did not cool properly, and the air-conditioning unit was visibly dirty as well. The room was advertised as suitable for three people, but the third bed was actually a folding camp bed with a rather uncomfortable mattress. The furniture was old and worn, and some of the shelves in the wardrobe were damaged. The walls were also badly marked and damaged in several places. The fact that the hotel is old would not necessarily be a problem if the room and facilities were properly maintained and, above all, clean. Unfortunately, the overall level of cleanliness was far below what I would expect. Another issue was the Wi-Fi. During our stay, it stopped working due to a technical problem and remained unavailable for several days without being repaired. The breakfast was acceptable, but the choice was quite limited and consisted mostly of basic options. One more thing worth mentioning is that the hotel is located next to an Ibis hotel, and some of the photos and surroundings may give the impression that this property is part of the Ibis chain. It is not, so I would recommend paying attention to the exact hotel when making a booking. Overall, I would not choose this hotel again. The main issue is not simply that the property is old, but that it appears poorly maintained and insufficiently cleaned.

Internet The hotel is very old and the rooms smell very bad. Every night water was dripping from the ceiling. The maids who came to clean the rooms had moved all our personal belongings into the room. We were here for 5 nights and it was not even 3 stars and I would not recommend it to anyone. I also suggest that Booking.com remove this hotel to maintain its reputation.

The location is great, very close to the metro station. The air-conditioning worked perfectly during the heat wave. The bathroom was functional and having a small fridge and a microwave was a nice bonus. The staff was really friendly and welcoming and the internet worked fine. We knew the hotel was old and needed refurbishment, but it didn't bother us. The only thing we disliked was not being able to open the room window because the smell from the pipes couldn't be aired despite the air-conditioning. The window in the bathroom worked.

Clean room, beds comfy, towels supplied
-
Centric, inclusive of all bus routes and Metro buses In the Hotel there are no ice machines, including no one in the restaurant. In time, the heat is always there to keep you warm

Room was clean. Breakfast was good They cut your air conditioner off in the middle of the night and it got real hot. They control it from their check in area. Counter people were rude and disrespectful.

The fit and finish of the rooms are a little rough. Some gentle repairs would make the room look much for inviting.
