Nice, clean and quiet hotel! Staff was kind and accommodating, definitely recommend!

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is also excellent, close to everything yet peaceful enough to truly rest. What really made the difference was the overall atmosphere. It felt warm, elegant, and thoughtfully managed. You can tell they care about their guests and the experience they provide. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and great service.

Excellent and very friendly front desk staff. No soundproof. You can hear everything outside.

Location is really great with many restaurants and shops around. Many attractions are also in walking distance. The room was smaller than expected, but comfortable. The room was clean. The bathroom door could not be closed. It happened that over the night the shower just started to heavily flow by itself (then stopped). Some of the main lights were not working. The fridge is in fact just a drawer with blue light. Most of the receptionist over the 5 days we spent there did not speak english at all and were not helpful. I tried to ask for an iron - they told 2 days that maybe next they there will be a free one. Asked for a second entry card - could not be provided. One night around 2AM there was a fire alarm and we waited outside for half an hour because the staff had no clue how to stop it. One time I asked them to call a taxi for me and they ordered a scammer driver who tried to take 2-3 times the amount of the normal price of the same trip i had a day earlier.

Double charged for a room that was already paid for.

There was an unpleasant smell as I entered the hotel for checkin around 8 pm. The lift was small, but that's expected in Paris. The room was small but surprisingly quite clean.Best thing was that the bathroom was clean and of reasonable size with all amenities. So, if the hotel can address the unpleasant smell at entry, it's not a bad deal for Paris.

Great location, close to metro cafes and bars.Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Great value stay.

Stuff was very friendly and decent location overall. The fridge was not working, we could not shut the blinders as the system was also not working at the bathroom and overall the room was really tiny. We could not fit in and it is way overpriced for what you are getting. Definitely not a 4 stars hotel.

Rooms were in good condition, bathrooms were big Checkin took us more that one hour, becouse lady at reception from our information that "We have booked via booking 4 rooms", gave as 1 room with 4 beds, and wanted us to pay by card. After 1 hour in reception, some supervisior contacted us and in the end we got 4 rooms, but I had to pay for it separetly by card in hotel. Biggest disappointment and something I have never seen before was inside hotel rooms. 2 separete appartments are connected inside by doors that are not locked with key, but just using a lock that is very often used in toiltes. So the only tool that you need to get from one apartment to another is 1 euro coin...

The rooms were clean, and they looked new as well. The showers were amazing. Initially, the staff provided us with the key to a different type of room than the one we had paid for, and the room was not clean. I had to request a room change. The breakfast offered was not worth the price; the quality was very poor. There are better dining options nearby. Additionally, the bed was not particularly comfortable.
