26 Faubourg - Ex-Hotel de Reims

The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The AC saved us during the extreme heatwave. It had everything that we needed, and we would probably come back again. The room was pretty small and didn't have much room for 2 people's luggage, but we made it work and for the price and the amenities, we have no complaints.

Well located, room was large, shower was excellent. Staff was really great. Only one item, the key reader at the main door did not work. So if you come back late, you have to buzz the front desk and hope that they aren’t away doing other things. I hope that you can fix this to make it easier for guests coming back late.

The room was very small, and the shower and toilet felt quite cramped and claustrophobic. However, I understand that this is fairly normal for Paris, especially considering the price. Overall, it was acceptable for a 1 night stay.

Very handy for Gare de Lyon only 5 minutes walk

so close to Gare du Lyon and amazing Chinese restaurant a few doors down

The location was convenient to train station and metro. The metro was so user friendly,we were able to get around to all the historic sites. We didn’t have a coffee maker in our room.

The bed was comfortable. The bathroom clean and new but tiny. For one night’s stay it was fine. Close to the Gare de Lyon and metros. In spite of the name of the hotel, the 26 Faubourg-ex-hotel de Reims the hotel is on Rue de Hector Malot. What should have been a 12 minute walk from the metro ended up taking me almost an hour to find. When I called the hotel to verify the address several times there was no answer. When I did finally get someone on the phone her accent (not French) was so thick I had a very hard time understanding her. As for the room - the sink was the tiniest I have ever seen. I splashed water everywhere including on me and my clothes. The last problem was the lack of soundproofing. At 1 in the morning someone in the room above was dragging furniture around and woke me out of a deep sleep. Anyone in the hall was also very loud as if they were in my room.

Close to shops and restaurants Small room

Very close to Gare de Lyon. Staff was pleasant. Room was comfortable. Liked being on the ground floor and not having to deal with the elevator. Bathroom and shower were functional and had plenty of hot water.

Very tiny

A friendly, family owed modest establishment. Not in a central tourist location but pretty close to the Gare De Lyon train station. The breakfast was recycled and tired. The coffee maker in the room wasn't properly stocked or even worked. We were able to get coffee with breakfast, the one day we ate there. There was a sewage smell wafting trough the room at night. Had to open the window.

Cozy hotel, great staff

It was clean and near the Gare du Lyon Half of the personal didn't know to much english. The room was very small with a small bad. No furniture to deposit my cloths just a fragil stander. The sink in the bathroom was small, like 30x20 cm with a tap of 15 cm that cover all the sink. Thin walls that you can hear trough them. I asked for softer pillow trough the booking app and they didn't provide. And I didn't receive the invoice from them yet on my e-mail as they said.
