The room, and the hotel, were clean, well cared for and tastefully decorated. The young receptionist who checked us in was very friendly. Breakfast was well presented and plentiful. The location was excellent for the train station. For a capital city, the traffic outside was mostly fairly modest so didn't cause a problem sleeping. The room was small, very little floor space left, and the corridors between the bedrooms were probably the narrowest I've seen. However we were only there for one night so it wasn't really a problem.

We had an early train to catch from Paris to go to Switzerland, and this location of this hotel was amazing. It was a little bit away from Paris, but to be honest, the subway metro system was fabulous and easy to get to our favorite areas of Paris. The staff was friendly and helpful and the and the hotel was clean, and the breakfast was great every morning. We always like to have a gym so that we can work out with some weights unfortunately, this property did not have that

Great location for Gare de Lyon. Simple check in process with our request for a low floor accommodated. Breakfast good. Everything as expected for the brand.

The price was good and breakfast was included in the price. Location was great It was all good. As we got there so late we weren’t sure how to get into the property but that was the only thing

It’s excellent location to metro and rail stations and very close to major land marks of Paris. Above all extremely cooperative and helpful staff. Room air conditioning was bit poor and breakfast has limited options.

Everything! Closeness to the station, it was a very comfortable room, comfy bed, good shower. We were able to check in early as the room was ready. Tea, coffee, water, available at anytime for free. Breakfast looked good value, we were leaving early so didn’t get chance to sample it :) Staff really friendly and helpful. Shout out to the Receptionist from North Wales, very lovely! Liked everything!

The breakfast was great. A continental breakfast with lots of choice - yoghurt with seeds and fruit, pastries, fresh bread ham and cheeses plus make your own boiled eggs! Tea and coffee on tap all day and fresh orange juice for breakfast. The room was small but very comfortable. I didn't need any more for the weekend. Even better there was sweets to come home to in the evening! Nothing.

Elevator only goes to the 5th floor (6 total), but it wasn’t a major issue.
