Quirky. Quiet location. Staff were nice. Breakfast was good. No AC - which wasn’t explicit on the booking page. I understand that they have difficulties with putting plant on the roof but fans were not sufficient in the current heat. The fans provided were also quite noisy and would’ve benefited from a lower setting so you could have it on when sleeping. Please consider getting portable AC units or something else instead.

Location, aesthetic, staff,... The AC situation was not convenient at all. Base on how things are moving,AC should be mandatory during summer in the rooms

Location was great, in the middle of 3 metro stations, cafes and bars and patisseries within close walking distance. felt very safe and staff were present 24hrs. Clean and tidy, comfy beds. minimal road noise. we did stay during the heat wave, and had 1 fan per bed, it was very hot! The lift is very small and old, and the stairs are narrow. There was no fridge, or tea /coffee making service, because of the heat we could have benifited from cold water in a fridge or ice. Only the double room had a street view, the family room view looked onto a courtyard with a house opposite.

Location Did not have AC with carpet floors, elevator is quite tricky to use. It was a nightmare

Very good location Not all, but one of the staff was a bit top to down attitude, something like that she is doing something as favor to guests. She just needs to improve customer welcoming behavior with years of experience.

Best location in Paris - near to everything and a fantastic atmosphere, cosy hotel, quiet area and the staff was very helpful, kind and with a smile that made our stay fantastic! N/A

The hotel is located in a very quiet area, in a historic building. The metro station is within walking distance. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. This is definitely a hotel where I will stay again on my future trips. I didn't find any
