WS Montmartre - Sacré Coeur

It is very centrally located in Montmarte.

I love that all we needed were door codes to get into the apartment and the location was just a short walk from the Sacre Coeur Basilica so that was pretty fun. Great water pressure in the shower. There was a lot of night life opportunities in the area and public transit was reasonably close. The host was not very accommodating. We were only given 2 towels (even though our reservation had 4) and it took UNTIL THE LAST DAY OF OUR STAY to get 2 extra towels (even though I emailed about it frequently). Sharing a towel between 2 people in Paris in the Summer is not ideal. The space was INCREDIBLY small and we were misled to believe there was air conditioning (which there was not). There were 2 beds, one in the kitchen/living "area" and one in a room. The one in a room was in a cell phone deadzone and miserably hot with no way to get airflow back into it. The light/fan switches were weirdly connected between the 2 rooms so if one room wanted a light on, the other got it too and if you shut the light off in the main room sometimes the fan would shut off in the bedroom. It was weird and hot and cramped and I would only recommend it to a family with maybe 1 or 2 young children. The pictures online were of the larger suite which we did not get. The bathroom was small but adequate and the kitchen sink only had hot water, no cold. Wifi code in the room did not work so they put us on an unsecured network which immediately led to compromised passwords. Use at your own risk.

The place was not clean, the bed sheets were dirty and full of hair. The internet did not work.

It is a complete disaster. Located ín one of the most dangerous districts of Paris. No saftey, no comfort. Honestly, we were shocked. We arrived and left the apartment immediately without spending there even a minute. Pictures and descriptions on Booking are misleading. We lost 400 euros for two nights that will never be refunded.

The location and the friendly neighbours. The fact that the flat wasn't clean and it was not possible to cook or wash the dishes because of the lack of space. There were stains and hairs on the bedclothes. The floor was neither vacuumed nor mopped and the curtains didn't stop people from looking inside.

The place was not easy to find even using google maps.

The bed was comfortable, the location was great. Good to have a fridge and two separate rooms. The rooms would need a thorough cleaning. Walls, lists, floors in the corners and sides were not clean. The door is directly to the outside (not a staircase or corridor) and the bed is right next to the door.

It was perfect. Near to sacre coeur.

The location, the safety of the surroundings, the cleanliness and the lovely decoration. The fact that there were no curtains on the main door which means that anyone can peek at what is going on inside all the time.

It was very clean and was in a very good place. We had everything there, we had also the possibility to use kitchen and an iron. The walls were maybe too thin. And the light outside was too bright.

Nothing The 'apartment' (shoebox) was hard to find, hidden behind trees and the path was wobbly. Also not a great area. It advertised 2 bedrooms and one living room. There was no living room. One 'bedroom' was right next to the cooking area. The other was so small the bed touched both walls. The TV was tiny. The curtains didn't anywhere near cover the window. The so called dining area was a scrappy table and chairs right next to the bed. Check out was 11am, at around 10.20, the cleaner was walking up and down outside looking in through the window and door. He then knocked on the door wanting to come in. The bathroom was grotty with none of the so called free toiletries and the sink was tiny. AVOID!

Location and facilities were good. Customer services were quick to answer phone and WhatsApp queries. Neighbouring properties were under renovation and initial apartment allocation was uninhabitable. The wrong apartment number had been sent to us so required us to contact customer services. Everything was sorted quickly but as there's no on site reception it was an uneasy start to our stay.

Its compact and has all the necessary things needed for a stay. Its also located in a safe and lively neighbourhood It’s actually a bit small and the only issue regarding that is space for luggage. It was hard for use to open 2 medium bags and 1 small bag

The location and the size of the room & the bathroom is great. The TV position is too low
