The jacuzzi tub was absolute perfection. The air conditioning wasn’t as great as US air conditioning but for Paris it was wonderful. The vibes were great. It is wonderful for a solo traveler, I felt very safe at the hotel and in the surrounding areas. One thing I did think was strange was that the night desk employees nap on the sofa so I was worried I might get locked out, but I found no problems with this.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They really added to the experience!

Everyone was very nice. Great location and property.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming! Our room was wonderful - comfortable bed, great water pressure, and probably best of all we had real air conditioning. I’m not sure we would have survived the heat wave that happened during our stay without it. We also had breakfast included in our booking. We enjoyed the fresh pastries and visiting with Geno while we ate. If I ever come back to Paris I will stay here again.

The bathroom, especially the shower, needed to be remodeled. There were a lot of faucets to navigate.

Bathroom was poor; leaking ceiling in toilet room and shower was clogged

The staff are exceptional. They were so so nice it almost makes you want to overlook anything else. It's a great value for hotels in Paris. Close to the Montparnasse train station or it you want to visit the left - very convenient. There are restaurants and cafes close by too. Overall we were comfortable there. The rooms are a bit dated, however, a very small investment in minor maintenance, and a good scrubbing could be transformative. Basically, the room was clean, linens & towels clean and white. The floors in the corners and baseboard need better cleaning and some touch up paint in the room. The toilet paper rubbed again the wall and some stickers (strange?), my sanitation training was triggered a bit. The soap dispenser in the shower was kind of broken. Some small improvements could make the place a 10 !

It was wonderfully located, very clean and beautiful. Nice size room and great shower. Every staff member were friendly, welcoming and so friendly! I live in Lyon and visit Paris often. I have been trying hotels that could become my place to stay each visit. This is it! It was all great!

I loved the property - just so cute and lovely to stay in. The staff were great. I’ve been solo traveling and this was my first time in France (and I know little to no French), so it was great having a team there willing to help me. It was a perfect home base for me to fall back on. The AC situation - I booked this place because of the advertised AC (and not super common in France). However, they didn’t have it “on” and when I asked, I was told that other guests may want heat (the weather was 80 F) so it was HOT. I bought a fan because it was uncomfortable to be in. I wish it was advertised that it’s only AC during specific months, because that may have impacted how I planned my trip.

Perfect area in the 6th. So many cafes. Great walking distance. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly.

The staff was very friendly and very courteous and the room was clean. I was expecting a shower not a tub to shower and that was very uncomfortable

Not much !!! Mold in the shower and water everywhere slip hazard!!

Location for visit Bit of a strange room behind reception of the hotel

The large jacuzzi bath was superb! The room was small, however, I understand that is common in Paris. The location was perfect, easy to get to everything and not too busy. The staff was excellent, MIA was so helpful and friendly and really made our stay special, and 75% of the positive review I am leaving. It makes a difference when you have friendly helpful staff. Oh, and the coffee and water was great too! Lovely place, happy customers! Cleaning staff parking their carts in the middle of the small hallway and leaving them. It made it hard to get by, but we understand they have to do their jobs.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location made walking and using transportation to sightsee easy. Many places to eat close by and felt safe. We also had room cleaning service each day. The street noise at times disturbed our sleep.

Since I was there for work I would have loved a small desk in the room and generally was maybe a bit too expensive for the typology of hotel
