Just one of the stuff was so tough and not friendly while check in She wants to let me pay 50 euro to make early check in .. while I arrived at 12:30 pm and the room should be ready. And she told me I have to wait till 2 pm And when I asked her smoking allowed in room She can tell me No ( easily ) but she added if you smoke in the room we will get you out of the hotel by really impolite way, I’m traveling and staying in hotels for 20 years nobody talked to me in this way. After that I was waiting in the reception for an hour and after asking too much she told me the room is ready now. But the rest of the stuff was so helpful and friendly and described for me everything I need to know around the hotel. Finally the room smell was not good at all

Lovely little hotel in a chill, authentically French neighbourhood. Far enough from the maddening crowds and scammy eateries and late night drunkards, this hotel was completely fine for a short stay. The room was recently renovated and was equipped with everything one might need, including a coffee machine and a kettle and a fridge. The bathroom had a bathtub. The highlight of the room was the balcony, though! Paris blessed us with fresh, colder weather and summer rain, so it was so nice to sleep by the open balcony. Some noise from a nearby larger metro vent. Bathroom had little storage space - 1-2 extra shelves or hangers might be nice to install. Rooms very renovated, but 1-2 small things might need some maintenance, no biggie though.

Clean, newness, generosity of late afternoon snacks, tastefully decorated. Staff was very kind and helpful N/A

The location is good, with a metro and bus station very close by. The staff are friendly, and the bed is very comfortable The room was small, and we couldn’t open our bags properly. The shower cubicle was tiny, and water kept leaking out of it.

Expensive the limited spread. The bfast did not feel fresh

Size of the room but its normal in paris

Close to restaurants (great Italian right across the street), metro and sights

If you arrive in the middle of the night it takes them more than 5 min to hear the bell and open the door

Beautiful hotel and location and great service! Their service and how clean it was.

  • Engine customer Jul 2025

Staff was nice, free water and hot beverages was appreciated. Location was good, a lot of restaurants nearby. Rooms are tiny, not very well cleaned. There was no space to open luggage and you could barely walk around the bed. Too tiny for the price paid. The breakfast was too expensive for the offerings.

The staff were very helpful. There was a woman who was originally from New York (I think) who was helpful and kind. The breakfast was quite good and included non diary milk and yogurt. There was always free coffee and tea. There are two metro stops near.

It was a small room, but there were no other expectations. Everything is in place, clean, amazing location + several metro stations nearby. I didn't find a cooler, there were no slippers and some small accessorizes that didn’t change the overall VERY GOOD impression
