Almost everything Staff at the desk needed to be a little nicer and polite

Good location, within a 10-minute walk of the Arc de Triomphe, with a supermarket and a few shops nearby. Good breakfast, and coffee and water are provided at the reception. Small rooms and no restaurant, only a small breakfast area.

Could not sleep. The air conditioner was really loud and noisy. There was a loud knocking noise coming from it

This hotel has been a favorite of mine for some time. The staff is very friendly (especially Pierre) and helpful. They truly have the commitment to wanting your stay to be pleasurable. The location is good, just off a major street and remarkably quiet. Rooms are small, but very comfortable and clean. The air conditioning is excellent! The breakfast is good, but the people are not and overwhelm the staff trying to keep everything going. There are some amenities such as a coffee machine in the lobby that just make it nice for a three star hotel. I find it to be a good value.

I am a regular customer of Best Western, the Hotel in General Met my expectation, the draw back is that the A/C in the room was not functioning properly. I informed reception by they said that they can do nothing and gave a fan so we can get some sleep. Sleepless nights due a non-functional A/C in a very hot weather.

Relatively small hotel, right in the centre of Paris. As it was smaller, you got to know the staff members and they were all extremely helpful. This hotel is very near to the Arc de Triomphe which has a web of underground tunnels to every metro connection you could possibly need! N/A

So close to all the sites and the staff are great. Very clean and rooms are in great condition. Breakfast was also ok. Price is super worth it
