The location is what made me choose this hotel. Bathroom: there aren’t enough places to put anything in. I would have preferred more shelves. Same in the living room where the sofa bed is. They need functional tables. The absence of elevator to get to the lobby with a heavy luggage was an inconvenience.

Nice hotel at the top location. We stayed for 1 night only but really enjoyed, the room is not large but we have a street view with a nice french balcony which was perfect for a couple.

Jasmine at the reception was very helpful with all the information we needed, and she was always smiling and greeting us warmly.

The hotel is nice, rooms are comfortable and there is a metro station very close by. The neighborhood is also good

Great location and good price! Small rooms, very small shower and bathroom overall. The water from the shower gets all over the bathroom. Loud noise walls feel like they’re paper thin.

Everything went smoothly during our stay. The rooms are small but cozy, well-designed and well-equipped—we had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the metro at the Arc de Triomphe. I don't have any particular complaints.

I loved the renovated rooms. The hotel even offered us an upgrade to a bigger room, which was quite handy, as most of the rooms in Paris are quite small and the one we got was awesome. We asked to replace the flickering lights in our room, they however were not replaced.

Great location. Convenient metro lines nearby. Bakeries and stores few minutes away from the hotel. Daily cleaning and very quiet neighborhood. We had a family room which was spacious but still small, however this is common for Paris. There is an elevator in the hotel but entrance does have stairs which is not that convenient when carrying the luggage. One day there was no hot water when we returned back at the hotel (around 10 pm). The rest is minor. We had very few (actually only two) electric sockets and not anywhere near the bed. A mini fridge would be nice addition.

The cleanliness of the hotel is exceptional and the staff are extremely friendly. It’s located in a very nice area walking distance to main attractions

It was very close to Arc de Triumph, everything was clean. The rooms were too small.
