Location Hygiene safely My door was open when I came back in the afternoon I complained about it at the reception They said will give 20 off not received any email about that That night I did not sleep as I got scared that someone will be able to access my room I blocked the door . I looked everywhere.. under the bed etc thinking someone may have hidden there … Very disappointed

Crowds/queues outside of the hotel continuously throughout the day and night, super noisy, the room was extremely small, barely any space for luggage.

Great location! The shower area seemed to have more wear and tear than normal

The hotel has an excellent location, just a few steps from the metro station, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout my stay. There was also a lovely reception area where guests could enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, water, sweets, and delicious macarons throughout the day, which was a very nice touch. Initially, I was assigned a room on the 5th floor. However, the elevator only went up to the 4th floor, so I had to take the stairs for the last flight. Since I was staying for 8 nights, I asked if it would be possible to change rooms, and the staff kindly arranged a different room for me the following night. The breakfast selection was not extensive, but it was more than sufficient and offered everything needed for a good start to the day. Breakfast was not included in my room rate, and I had planned to pay for it separately. To my surprise, the hotel did not charge me for breakfast during my stay, which was a very kind gesture and much appreciated. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The excellent location, helpful staff, thoughtful customer service, and the welcoming atmosphere made for a great experience. I have nothing to complain about and would happily recommend this hotel to other travelers. The only downside was that some of the furniture and facilities appeared a bit dated and could benefit from some refurbishment. However, this did not affect the comfort of my stay.

Location was brilliant. Easy to get to and from as the subway station is 20 yards away. easy access to the galerie lafayette for the girls and plenty of Parisenne bars for the boys. Lastly, the Hotel has a great left luggage policy. We had a late evening departure and the hotel looked after our bags whilst we were out in a great little Irish bar (O'Sullivans) right across the street! Absolutely nothin'

We made a suggestion at the beginning and they gave us a better room, a pleasant stay, very comfortable bed, space and it is very well located, I will definitely return

Excellent staff & great location. Many amenities broken in the room (telephone, shower head, lock box). Also a bit of a labyrinth / fire hazard to get in and out of the room.

Great location, 20 mins walk from Gare du Nord. Clean room, and cleaned / made up each morning. Access to the ground floor lift lobby (note only one lift) is through a covered arcade off the main road. All good until the evening, when the big iron gates to the arcade are locked at each end and there is an intercom on the left gate pillar which no one seems to answer. I found a workaround which was to reach through the gate and pressed the gate release button (for guests coming out) within a white box on the inside of the arcade side! Pretty poor service, especially when arriving back at the hotel late after a meal out (back by 10pm) or a late trip to the Stade de France (back by midnight). Also it clearly describes on Booking.com the twin room we ordered as having a refigerator, but there wasn't one, so watch out for this if visiting in the summer. Also it clearly describes on Booking.com electric sockets near the beds but those are only on the desk, nowhere near one bed and nowhere near the head of the closest bed.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and location
-
Good staff and central location Noisy, dusty, lack of aeration

Beds were not as comfortable as I would have liked but slept fine, and the rooms were bigger than I thought they'd be, so felt that the value was great for the size and location in Paris.
