Staff was very helpful . The pool which mist be reserved for use is small and cozy and perfect use of couple time . Very clean and neat . That there wasn’t a separate room for massages . Doing it by the pool was atrocious for the therapist as it was very hot .

Amazing boutique hotel!

The staff was wonderful, very kind and welcoming throughout the whole stay. The hotel is also extremely clean, aesthetically beautiful, and feels very thoughtfully designed. One of my favorite parts was the big balcony, which is quite rare for Paris and made the experience feel even more luxurious and relaxed. Overall, I absolutely loved my stay and would definitely come back again.

The room was super small, they call ir "classic room". It was too small that I couldn't even open my suitcase. Literally the bed took the entire space, and everything so compactly put together, that when I tried to get out of bed in the morning hit my feet to the coner of the sharp tiny table by the bed. It didn't look that small on the pictures. I wouldn't have booked it if I knew the size of the room.

Clean, great design, great location, spa facilities Nothing!

Location was great and central- we could walk almost anywhere we wanted to go, breakfast was lovely (thank you Dino!), staff was nice, room was clean and very comfortable (extra points for the great shower) and there were a few nice touches. We were happy with our stay- after a week there, it felt like home :)

Location Staff and access to metro and other forms of transport They had a small plate of goodies set up as it was the 2nd time we were staying there- that was a nice touch Rooms are pretty small but that’s not abnormal in these parts
-
Helpful staff - they are more than eager to help and just have great attitude overall Easy to access all parts of the city via metro Many places to eat nearby Clean and new facilities Room was so small that with one suitcase in the room you had to jump on the bed to get around That apart everything was good
-
Location was perfect, the hotel is located in a place where almost everything is walkable even without the metro. The presentation is nice, and the staff was very helpful and kind. The pool is private, The breakfast was mediocre

People working were super nice and did their best to accommodate to my requests. I managed to check in a bit early and check out a little later. It’s the perfect location, close to everything. I would say this hotel is a true hidden gem in Paris. Interior super modern and chic.

Location was convenient, staff was very friendly, the beds are comfy, rooms are renovated, although a bit small. All the things we needed were provided upon request. The best part of the hotel is the staff. A special thanks to Yuri, who was kind and helpful. The windows facing the street let the noise come inside. Even at night it was not very quiet. Also, it would be nice to have at least one chair in the room with the balcony. Some improvements might be made in the future.

I liked all of the little touches, like the use of the key card to activate the lights in the room. The room was well designed and appointed. A walk-thru of the Spa to show guest there is a locker room, etc would be great. Also I don't know why the Dry Sauna lights weren't active while the wet sauna was working on the morning I departed.

The location is good, the facilities are good, the bed is very comfortable u can sleep like a baby. Breakfast was good and it has good choices I booked a premium room and they end up giving me a standard room just as my friend’s room. Room service has very limited choices. Not the usual room service menu in hotels. The French fries was really soggy and bad.
-
Over priced and the room patio was much smaller than advertised

The shower, the bed, the tv. Service personnel always nice, one receptionist needs additional education. 4 stars are too much for the size of the room and of the bathroom, no hooks or accessories generally present in 4 stars hotel. No fridge in the room, no chairs. Very small space for breakfast, for the first time in my life i ate sitting on a puff...
