Well located and friendly staff! Bed was comfortable. Basic amenities, just to sleep hotel. I would have liked the door to have an extra lock.

All good in general The lift is very slow and small

The building and inside is quaint typical parisian style. Quite narrow in places, but can get around without problems. The lift is a bit slow though. Rooms were nice, big and spacious, big windows that can open, and blackout blinds to block the light out. Staff were very friendly. If i go back to Paris, prices depending, I would be happy to stay here again. I like the fact that key attractions like the Eiffel Tower, The Louvre and Notre Dame, amongst others are within walking distance. The breakfast buffet is limited, nothing special. However, luckily i paid a cheaper rate through booking.com but on the bedroom door it has the prices, and if you dont prepay, it definitely is not worth the 21 euros they charge at the hotel. The lift is very small and very slow.

I liked the location. - Quite close to Opera and handy for the Metro. Close to Gare du Nord - only about 20 minutes away. Room temperature fairly easy to control and was ok to stay in once I got used to it. The photos mane the hotel and rooms look large and modern and up to the minute. However, the hotel is old, with lifts that have a corrugated gate and door, my room was down a bit of a twisty corridor and I was underwhelmed when I wanted to feel excited about my stay. The bed was hard. There was an odd light fitting left in the room and a funny filtered water system that involved taking a flask down a corridor to fill. I didn’t do this - not for me. I’d have preferred 2x small glass bottled water.
