Hotel Saint-Marc

Room was large & spacious. Hotel is so central that we could walk to all attractions and shopping. It's surrounded by great restaurants. In spite of being so central, it's on a quite street! Even METRO is just 3 minutes away. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bath area was not enclosed in our room so the whole bathroom got wet. And I found the bath mirror too high, it could be because I'm very short, just 5 ft!

From the moment I arrived, Hajar welcomed me with such warmth, professionalism, and kindness that I immediately felt comfortable and at home. I would also like to sincerely thank Gregory, who helped me with many things I was looking for during my stay. Alex and every member of the team also deserve special recognition. Each one of them provided assistance, care, and attention that genuinely surprised me. What impressed me the most is that this is a relatively new hotel, and I was not even a returning guest. Yet every member of the team treated me as if I were a valued and long-time customer. Because of this experience, I truly believe that I will become a regular guest whenever I visit Paris. The hotel’s location is excellent, the rooms are spotless, and all the facilities are modern, well-maintained, and exceptionally clean. Most importantly, the hotel made me feel safe throughout my stay, which is something I value greatly when traveling. I would also like to thank Cindy, Jean-Baptiste, Hajar, Gregory, Alex, Rouwel, Renz, Kunga, and Ailin. Every single one of them contributed to making my stay memorable, and I honestly do not think words are enough to express my gratitude for everything they did for me. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. I do not believe I can ever fully repay your kindness, but please accept my sincere appreciation. I hope this is not my last visit, and I look forward to seeing you again very soon.

everything was perfect

All the cool neighbourhoods and sightseeing destinations are easily accessed. And when you are back from exploring Paris, there is a nice courtyard to sit back in and relax. Attention to customer needs and aftercare. No coffee machine in the room, and having fresh milk at hand for teas and coffees would be nice. Elements of the hotel in need for a bit of a revamp.

We really enjoy Hotel Saint Marc, and this was our second visit. The location is perfect if you like walking around Paris, with easy access to key areas while still being in the business district. The service is thoughtful and helpful — the team can arrange taxis, book massages, and support with plans. The private one-hour booking for the steam room and pool is a standout, especially for a couple or family. The room is also very comfortable, with heated bathroom floors, a nice shower, an excellent bed, and a Nespresso machine. Breakfast is buffet-style and very good. The main issue is the carpet, which shows significant wear and tear for a hotel of this caliber. Depending on the rate you paid, that may or may not matter to you. The coffee at breakfast could also be improved.

Rooms we clean, comfortable and functional. Hotel staff was excellent - must call out Jean at the frontdesk who went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. Location is excellent with great connectivity (metro/Bus)

A well-run hotel with excellent staff who cater to guests. Excellent bed and large bath with a somehwta odd layout for travelers and only one chair tucked in the corner. Interior design could be better, but overall, a fine hotel if somewhat pricey.

Perfect location, beautiful interesting decor. The most generous and huge bathrooms, with fantastic shower - hard to find in Paris. But the key to this hotel is the staff. From morning greetings to restaurant recommends, nothing was too much trouble. Special thanks to Vincent for his care. Would have liked a Nespresso machine in the room for espresso.
