The apartement is absolutely new, carefully designed and includes equipment what you need for excellent vacation. Even more. The lovely host Vasiliki met us with the wine, cake, coffee and etc. was very pleasant after long flight to feel that you are welcome! Everything is provided, from proper kitchenware to a small home first-aid kit. The city area is quiet and parking is at the house. We enjoyed warm evenings on the terrasse. At the apartement were supplies for the children to draw on stones, and they were especially delighted with the chocolate cake they received as a gift, which satisfied their initial hunger upon arrival. We thank Vasiliki for the warm welcome and all the excellent recommendations regarding our program.

A fairly comfortable, 3+ stars, air conditioned room. Clean and well maintained. Location is off. Very small room.Reception insisted on charging tourist tax (taxe de sejour) to Paris residents. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

The beds were comfortable and although the room was small, it was well organized and it was comfortable for my three teenagers and myself. My high school aged boys slept in the bunk beds and they were very comfortable. We were also very happy with the air conditioning. We were there in the summer and our room was always a good temperature. They also had a wonderful, complimentary coffee machine and a filtered water dispenser! We did not have a view, as our room was toward the back of the building and looked out onto the building next door.

Location and they accommodated our request to hold the luggage upon check out so we can explore Paris before we fly home. The staff at check in was unfriendly. Nothing rude or anything but just didn't smile, did not provide the WiFi unless asked, it took 2 phone calls to figure this out. The room was extremely small even for European standards. The photos are deceiving and with incorrect information about the size of the room. The bed was uncomfortable, the chromecast did not work on the TV and the AC is weak.

Best hidden gem in Paris. Very kind staff, very comfortable room. A good value and steps away from a great Metro stop. Quiet lovely neighborhood in Paris. Some difficulty with the shower hot water. But I informed the staff and they helped.

The cleanliness, a free snacks from mini bar and unlimited water refills. The lightning in my room is perfect you can dim Stuffs are not so friendly
