The position is very good. The hotel is very charming but yet functional. The cost is cost and I really appreciate the aircon. You have few steps to do between the elevator.

Location of hotel. Lots of bars and restaurants that close by. Good transport links We chose a room with a small patio area. The patio are area not very attractive and not that comfortable to sit in.

Great location. Decent a/c. Very poorly maintained room with plaster falling off wall and damaged toilet seat. Lift serves floors 1 - 5 only. We were on the 6th with heavy cases.

We have stayed here a number of times over the years because it is close to the train station. We used to love the hotel; now we like it. The front desk person has changed, and while this lady was efficient and nice enough, the past man was much warmer. The room was fine, a little oddly shaped so a pretty tight fit. Good bed and bath. Good price. Anything under 200 in Paris these days is rare and the hotel is nice. We normally don't travel with a ton of luggage, but this time we had to. Large, heavy bags. Luckily our room was only one flight up because the elevator does not go to that floor. I never really understood their explanation, but no one offered to help with the bags. I did not eat breakfast out of principle, but my husband did. I think it was overpriced considering no hot food unless you count hardboiled eggs. My husband was pleased with his breakfast though.

Exceptional staff, very polite and tending to our every need. Special thanks to Sophie for making us feel at home. Location is also very good, in a neighborhood that is thankfully not over-commercialized and close to buses and Metro with direct lines to major sights. Not value for money. The hotel is a bit dated, especially the bathroom so, 200€ per night is quite steep. That said, if found at a better price point it would be recommended. Note, there is no disabled access as the elevator to each floor is followed by stairs.

Nothing, they canceled my reservation themselves saying they cannot accommodate three people in the handicap room even though they advertise, they can accommodate three people in a handicap room. They canceled my reservation themselves and they charged my card. I am still in dispute with this hotel. I am still in dispute with charges. I never stayed at this hotel. They canceled my reservation saying they could not accommodate me even though they let me book stating they had a handicap room that can accommodate three people.
