staff were helpful, room clean, air conditioning worked well, bed fine there is a lift but it is not very big - was sufficient

It location close to metro. Very small room, very small shower and bathroom. Small refrigerator. They do not offer free water. The put two Lipton packets without sugar or spoon. No telephone in the the room to contact the receptionist. It would be perfect if it classified as Motel.

Location

Only the location. The service at this hotel was extremely disappointing. I was wrongly charged a $500 USD smoking fee for allegedly smoking inside the room, which is completely impossible because I do not smoke. I tried to resolve the issue directly with the alleged manager, whose attitude was unhelpful and dismissive from the beginning. Instead of offering any real solution or support, I was simply told to contact my bank, while the hotel completely avoided taking responsibility for the situation. It has now been three weeks since my stay, the charge has still not been resolved, and the hotel continues to refuse accountability. I am also attaching a photo of the manager due to the poor handling of the situation and lack of professionalism. Beyond this issue, the hotel itself was very underwhelming. The rooms are extremely small, the facilities are very basic, and the service overall was poor. For the same location and price range, there are many better hotel options with significantly better service and accommodations. I definitely would not recommend staying here.

Loved how clean it was. Small boutique hotel with 24/7 front desk services. Bathroom a little moldy.
-
I liked the receptionist ( both of them) patience and effort to answer all my questions I can't complain considering we're in Europe and most rooms and elevators are very petite
-
The room was on the smaller side

Staff was super nice. My room was clean and neat. The breakfast was mostly prepackaged and a lot of carbs. I was thankful for the yogurt.

Great room, good breakfast and such a perfect and very quiet location.

Nice neighbourhood, close to public transport The breakfast is expensive for what they offer

Location (XIV district just to the West of Cimitiere Montparnasse). One cannot be too picky about 3-star hotels on the Fete de la Musique night anyway: the city hotels were fully booked. Hotel Agenor is on a quiet street next to busy and lively rue Daguerre on one side, and to the theater-filled rue de la Gaite on the other. There's a receptionist 24h/7 (though you have to buzz after midnight). The hotel is a bit cheap. Our room was tiny (though it fit the 3 of us), ground floor with window...over the matchbox-sized 'salon' area next to the reception. Basically, there's no privacy in the room unless one shuts off the window w curtains. A couple of years ago this hotel would be rated 2-stars. Nowadays all Paris hotels have seen stars jumping along with price hikes, but not always with quality increase.

This is a wonderful, small hotel in a great location. You are just steps from central Montparnasse, and within walking distance of the museums, cafes, and historic sites. Nice continental breakfast. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I had an art project which I needed to protect for travel, and they helped me find a suitable tube for transport. It was not easy to find, but the staff really took this on as a project, and coordinated with each other to give me the best options. Above and beyond.
