No elevators there you need to carry-on your luggage up and down. Concerning the shower didn't like the idea of having it directly next to the stairs, it should be at least in a in a private area

Well to be fair, the location is good. 1. The shared bathroom is not clean. They don’t have shampoo or ‘usable’ body soap 2. Bed bugs! More than 6 bites within two nights 3. The property reported to booking.com that I didn’t check-in, which I did. I have just stated that there’s no way I am paying for a no showing fee

Nothing dirty Everything except the location

The hotel is small like all in Paris but clean. Very comfortable bed (occupying almost all room) but you do not come to Paris to stay in the room. The double room had private bathroom, small but very neat and clean, basic but with all you need. The heat was very efficient, even too hot sometime. We also had a desk, one chair and a small fridge. Not too much space for clothes and luggage. If you have big luggage case you will have to find ways noot to jump over it. There was only 1 big towel/person for bathing, hands, face which was not enough. A hot pot for heating water and sone complimentary tea and coffee woukd have been good. It appeared in the picture but it was nothing in the room. This was disappointing but not dramatic. The hotel looks outdated from the outside and inside it is small and not really appealing. Some small refurbishments will help.

I had a tiny room on the 3rd (top) floor without a elevator. It didn't have a shower.

The very narrow stairs but that is due to old building. Nothing can be change about it.

The location was very close to Gare Montparnasse The room was tiny, and the ensuite bathroom felt like a coffin.

Checked in 9pm, left 7am the following day, so my experience was satisfactory regarding a comfy bed, clean room, clean private toilet. Was surprised to find bonus facilities like TV , small fridge, hair dryer which one never expect to find within this level of hotels. The location is exceptional , in the heart of Paris, few minutes walking from Montparnasse Train and Metro station. Over all , it was a great experience given the reasonable price paid

I was bit worried about this hotel because of some of the reviews iv read but honestly it was perfect, exceeded my expectations. It’s in a safe neighborhood, close to a metro, quite and overall a decent for its price as a solo travel. I couldn’t figure out the wifi, not sure if it had one. They do take away your key when you’re leaving during the day but give you back when you return.

It has a very good location, the staff are very nice

Not much. There was no shower on my floor. It was being used as a broom closet. The spiral staircase to the 3rd level eas dangerous to carry my suitcases. I do not recommend!
