Very good

Really lovely and very helpful staff! Great position as it’s not noisy. Close to the northern rail out to Giverny (Monet’s Garden). One of the bigger rooms we have had in Paris. The rooms with a balcony are better but only have a 5’ bed. Bijou but fine if you are out most of the day! Not easy getting bags up or down the spiral stairs case. The lift does not work all the way. The staff helped when they could.

The staff Julie on Duty was very very good asw ell as the night duty manager on our arival was very friendly and warm all the time we had fun time in comparison with Hyatt Regency rooms are little bit small for my height

Staying for a week with my kid; very comfortable bed and room. We arrived during the heat wave, and I'm glad the air conditioning is strong. It's a lifesaver, especially since we moved out of a hotel without A/C in Paris....We have everything we need in the room, and the room service is very good. The breakfast is delicious and special thanks to Julie and Aune for their kind welcome and service during our stay. And the location is great, close to everything.

Location Inexpensive, typical Parisian hotel.

Reception and all staff were super, always smiling and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was a treat - both continental and cooked were delicious. The hotel was spotless throughout. The building being original Parisienne was chic modern throughout and Its location was ideal having many bars and restaurants in the area. The metro is also nearby. Nothing much, the room was a bit on the tight size but was well equipped and had air con that actually worked as you required. Super balcony overlooking the street. NB: Could have done with 'Yorkshire Tea' bags rather than the fancy ones supplied.

The staff was very nice (specially Julie/Mimi), they gave us a great service at breakfast. The room was clean and hotel has a good location near to Metro stations and city center. Neighborhood has some very nice cafes and restaurants at walking distance For the size of the rooms and location the price was a bit high compared to other hotels with similar characteristics near the area

Location was great, very central Anne was the member of helpful staff The staff were rude, didn’t even Want to give a toothbrush, instead told us to use a supermarket. They wouldn’t give out more room cards but instead wanted to take us to our rooms, wasn’t sure what would Happen when we came out as we had only one card per room which we needed for the Electric to stay on. Doors either didn’t close or wouldn’t stay open for connecting rooms, my daughter ended up getting her finger trapped. Rooms are tiny and not cleaned very well
