The staff was awesome so helpful let us leave our luggage upon arriving early also did a pre check in so when we returned we was only collecting the keys so helpful Could not figure AC out but it was still good temperature I just like it a little colder

Excellent location and very clean rooms. The AC was controlled by the hotel staff and no lower than 22. It was super hot the few days we were in Paris.

The room was clean and had a beautiful view. The neighborhood is not touristy, just locals walking their dogs and playing with children. The hotel is right next to a huge subway/train station, which is very convenient, and there is a boulangerie nearby for breakfast and several restaurants for dining. If you enjoy Arab food, there is a Lebanese restaurant less than 3 minutes away with excellent dishes and very friendly staff. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. One in particular helped me problem-solve the cancellation of a train trip to Lyon close to midnight. There is free coffee in the lounge, and the room is air-conditioned. Bring your own European charger/adapter because adapters can be expensive. The staff were very patient with my beginner-level French, which I really appreciate. Nothing. I enjoyed my stay very much. Location, service, cleanliness, and staff were excellent.

The view from the balcony and the location The size of room, the cleaning conditions of the room, the door to the bathroom with was not closing properly and the lack of privacy in the bathroom. The balcony was very dirty with many spiders.

The location Extremely small. I couldn’t even open the luggage in the room, I had to open the door and step outside to open the luggage which made it really uncomfortable

Strong literary vibe with books and notes from famed French writer Prost. The rooms are tiny. Barely room to move or open luggage. The small bathroom have glass doors you can see thru , no privacy, and the shower sprays everywhere. No place to put wet towels. I would stay at another location closer to central Paris.
